My first experience with the parts department was excellent this evening. I wanted to buy all weather floor mats and a trunk liner. Gabe confirmed the mats were in stock, but wasn’t sure about the trunk liner. He double checked as there was a new part number, and luckily this was in stock too. After paying, I was going to make two trips to my vehicle as it was a lot to carry. Gabe offered to carry out half of the items for me. Then he helped me to quickly get everything setup, and disposed of the packaging. Thank you Gabe for the excellent customer service, going above and beyond!

Craig sold me a 22 Sprinter series 2500 I loved everything about this experience he had every detail I asked for including the mobility lift in the back I plan on purchasing another one soon because my needs have changed but only for a newly designed Sprinter from Novi

Excellent customer service from the time I walked into the dealership for a test drive till the time I picked up the vehicle. Faye A. was an amazing person, with a bubbly personality. The dealership made sure they fixed the flaws in the paint work, and closed the MB recall. Liyanne was also great to work with for closing the deal, and finances.

This dealership has very poor customer service in all areas especially sales and service department. They are much closer to me than the Bloomfield Hills location so it is convenient to go there but I cringe every time I have to go to Novi. Their sales people would not even talk to you unless they feel you are 100% committed to buy. And if you need any service done, be ready to sell your kidneys. I paid $100 somewhere else for the work they quoted as $400. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Disappointing Service Experience at Mercedes Benz of NoviI recently had an appointment at Mercedes Benz of Novi for routine prepaid service and an engine check, as my check engine light had come on a month prior. Despite arriving promptly at 7:45 a.m., my experience was far from satisfactory.The service representative, Andrew, immediately informed me that my car didn't require any servicing and suggested I leave. When I insisted on proceeding, he warned of a longer wait time and even the possibility that my vehicle wouldn't be ready the same day.I scheduled this appointment a month in advance, clearly communicating my concerns. At no point was I informed that my vehicle might need to be kept overnight. Andrew started my car, claiming the check engine light wasn't on, reiterating that there were no issues to address.While the check engine light didn't appear that day, it's crucial to note that my car is brand new, and it shouldn't be experiencing such issues. My request for a thorough examination was denied.This experience left me without the essential service my vehicle needed and caused me to arrive late for work due to the ensuing discussion about my car's functionality. It's been the most disheartening encounter I've ever had with a service department. I felt deeply disparaged and disrespected.I feel compelled to advise potential buyers against acquiring a vehicle from this dealership, particularly if they expect diligent and reliable servicing.I'll be pursuing this matter further through appropriate channels. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the deficiencies in their service department.

I had one of the most disgusting worse.ExperienceExperience I have ever had dealing with a car Dealership Shreveport Louisiana Mercedes Benz is the worst ever. It is the only 1 around 3 hours away is Dallas I would tell anyone Do not do not buy a car or have it serviced here in Shreveport, Louisiana. I drove my car from having it fixed for over 13,000 insurance claim got in the middle of the street and something came from underneath the car. I was also told that my car would never be a 100%. Why don't I buy a new one today? And they would give me a good discount if I purchased it that day. It was September 28,2023. They not only told me that my car was fixed and it was not. They let me drove off without test driving it themselves. Then they told me I had a full gas tank I did not ask for told me they had wash my car they did not. I would not recommend Mercedes Benz to my worst enemy. Not here in the Shreveport Louisiana area. I am still crying 2 weeks later about my car. I can't believe any human being will treat another human being. Like Mercedes, Shreveport treated me if you live in shreveport, you know what I mean if you don't don't don't ever stop here to get service, cause it won't be good. This is my 3rd Mercedes. Yes I will a Mercedes Benz again ,but" not from Mercedes Shreveport.......

This review is to share the pleasant experience I’ve encountered working with Andrew, my service professional contact. I’ve been working with Andrew for a few years now and he’s always accommodating, friendly, and he knows his stuff when it comes to Mercedes. Andrew is what keeps me coming back to service my car at that location. It’s his smiley face, warm hello and him making me feel welcomed. Andrews ALWAYS goes that extra mile to ensure I leave a happy customer. If you haven’t had the privilege of working with Andrew, please stop in and ask for him. You’ll be glad you did! I got my car repaired at another shop that missed a couple things. I called Mercedes-Benz of Novi to get everything back in order. Santiago, their parts manager, not only located an after-market part for me, but he made sure to get the other factory part in right away. I could immediately see why he is the manager of the department. He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Working with him put my mind at ease and resolved my issues speedily. I’m grateful he was able to help me out.

I live full-time in my converted sprinter van. My brakes were crunchy on the way back from the UP and I took my van into the Novi dealership. The staff was extremely nice and helpful from initially booking the appointment to getting me back up and running. I appreciate the staff providing a phenomenal experience and shout out to Andrew to going above and beyond! Overall, I felt I was definitely in good hands, recommended the fixes I needed to get done on a budget and we’re back on the road again….on the road again! Thanks Mercedes Novi!

Well, what can I say? I bought a brand-new Mercedes in February of this year. My car did not come with the in-built Navigation System so my husband wanted to get installed. I researched and called the dealership but absolutely NOBODY knew how to install it or guide me regarding what I needed to do to get the software. How that is even possible you are selling a luxury car and you have employees who don't know how their product works? Speechless. My husband got the software installed himself. Problem solved.

The Product Specialist that I worked with, JeanLuc was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! From the second I walked in the door I knew I would be buying a car from him! Before I even came to the dealership I spoke to him on the phone and I liked his energy from our first conversation! He was so honest and didn’t take himself too seriously like some of the salesman that I have dealt with in the past. He literally just wanted me to drive off the lot in a car that I would be proud of. Period. He didn’t even mind that I asked to test drive 5-6 cars! Honestly, he needs to be promoted and do a training class for every car dealership around the area because his energy is just awesome! I have been to practically every dealership you can think of in a 45 mile radius and my experience with JeanLuc trumped all others! I had been car shopping for literally 4 weeks, just trying to make sure that I ended up with the best vehicle that I could afford in my price range. I had considered Carvana and Vroom (2 online services that literally deliver your cars to you and let you test drive with no commitment for 7 days) but I ultimately realized that I needed to see the car in person before making such a huge decision. I ended up purchasing a Black C300 4Matic that I’m absolutely in love with! When it was time for me to leave he even wrapped the car up in a black fabric and put a blue bow on it! He definitely didn’t have to do that considering it was 6:30 pm but he went above and beyond and I appreciate it! Some people don’t take young car buyers seriously and it felt good to be treated like an equal especially at a dealership so well known like Mercedes! I did have some minor issues/concerns but when I spoke to the dealership they went above and beyond to make the situation right! All in all, I will definitely be back to see JeanLuc to purchase my next vehicle! ALSO, I was given my registration AND license plate literally that day! How awesome to not have to roll around with a piece of paper in your back window for 3 weeks!EDIT: After purchasing 2 vehicles from MB of Novi I'll never be back.These insane Michigan roads caused the rim on my C300 to crack! Thank GOD I purchased a 5 year warranty on the Rims/Paint/Windshield from the dealership in St. Clair Shores! I called up to St. Clair Sores and spoke to them and they were more than happy to assist with filing the claim to get it done!Well, here's the problem: I moved out of town and was unable to get my car towed 55 miles to St. Clair Shores. BUT I live a few miles away from the Novi dealership, so I called the warranty company and they told me they've worked with MB of Novi several times and they are already an authorized repair partner. No problem taking it there to get fixed & it's close enough to where I wouldn't have had to tow it! AWESOME RIGHT?!NOPE! I call Novi to schedule the drop off and they told me NO because they've never heard of this warranty company and they only work with LEGITIMATE Mercedes-Benz warranties. I was like, "What do you mean "legitimate"? I purchased this from a dealership and they've used you as a vendor before?!?" THEN they said, I didn't purchase the car from them so they can't service it, AND THEN they said the person who deals with these issues only works on [insert whatever day its NOT]. Whatever. Guess they're too good for a $1,300 rim repair.I called MB of Bloomfield Hills and of COURSE they've heard of the warranty company and they tell me to bring the car in ASAP. Why couldn't Novi have done this?Please avoid this dealership at all costs.

We're from New York state, in Michigan for family reunion. Our jayco rv is on a mercedes-benz chassis and had turned on the low DEF light. Filling it didn't turn it off.We needed it fixed before going home. Saturday morning at 8am we were at their door. Andrew took us right away and assigned a technician to our RV.They quickly discovered the issue, and it was under warranty to boot!We are now headed back home feeling very glad we stopped at the Novi, MI. Benz dealer.Yes, they let our dog in the waiting room too.Thanks again.Pete & Mary

The service was good and the employees made it a quick and enjoyable experience. It was the shuttle driver, Roy, who really made the experience go from good to great. He made us feel comfortable and was very accommodating! Overall a great dealership.
