It offers everything to create anything. The store also provides party planning services with balloon inflation, party decorations, gift packaging, favors, tableware, and seasonal occasion decor, making it a place for all party supplies. The Novi branch has a solid selection of a lot of stuff that can make you feel creative. The store can be pretty busy, especially during seasons like December. While a manager can be lovely and helpful, the store sometimes faces a reduction in staff, which can be frustrating, and the store can be in disarray. The experience with delivery services can involve fuss and confusion, even if issues are resolved in the end. The store utilizes self-checkout, which can be slow and challenging for some. However, the framing department and other staff members are noted as being kind, knowledgeable, professional, and invaluable, providing awesome service that transforms items.
For a chain, craft-supply store, Michael’s does the trick. I enjoy that they have entry level to some more advanced levels. It is suitable for all ages. I had an easy time finding what I needed at this location. The store was tidy. The staff were kind and helpful.

Great craft store. Has some of everything from sewing to wood working. But I still have trouble finding specific things since this store doeant specialize in anything.
