Novi Meadows

Hours: Novi Meadows is a community that offers a safe environment with a friendly neighborhood vibe. It features amenities like a small playground, a pool, and a fitness center, which are appreciated by residents. The community is well kept on the outside, with tidy appearance and some lovely neighbors. However, some residents have raised concerns about the overall condition and management of the property. Several reviews mention issues with maintenance and communication. Trash pickup was not proper in the initial months, and some promised repairs, such as fixing a hole in a house or repaving a driveway, have not been completed or updated. The roads are only half finished, and some features like the large red slide in the park have been broken for years, with no plans for replacement. The playground is small and considered somewhat dangerous in parts, with residents wishing for upgrades like swings or a tire swing. The basketball court is also in poor condition. Residents feel that the lot rent is very high compared to similar communities, especially considering the limited amenities. Some express frustration over rules enforced by staff, such as restrictions on floatation devices in the pool and perceived overreach or harassment through property write-ups. Others mention frequent rent increases and rule enforcement that feels unfair or inconsistent. The community is undergoing upgrades, including expansion and remodeling, which has affected school pickup and drop-off times. Overall, Novi Meadows is seen as a decent place with a lot of potential, but residents would like to see more attention to repairs, upgrades, and fair management practices to match the community's positive aspects.
