My online order got messed up, so I went to the store. The options for pajama pants are limited and spread throughout the store. Shopping was not easy. The pj shirts are far too short for tall people. We left without purchasing anything.

Apparently asking an employee to help you find something is no longer a part of their job description. At least the store is fully stocked though.

Visited here after many years and found clothes quality have improved and are at much affordable prices. I was really amazed by quality, variety and prices. Must visit place if you need to buy daily wears within budget.

Cashier lied to me about applying for a credit card, and only getting a soft inquiry when in fact, I receive a hard inquiry on my credit report. I spoke with manager Olivia, and she seem very nonchalant, and stated that the last time she was trained, she was told that it was a soft inquiry which is incorrect. Staff needs to be retrained on the credit card process because they are giving false information to customers which is very much unfair.

Recently visited this Old Navy. I usually shop at the Old Navy in Allen Park, MI. I did find some clearance items. The store was clean and organized.

Came in to shop on black Friday. Store stated it was 50% until 12pm. I was at a table, and i asked an associate if this table was 50% off, she had the most rudest attitude and said "NO ITS NOT" go look at the signs, and walked away. I go i dont understand what your problem is, dont have an attitude with me im asking a simple question. She had shorter hair, and glasses, she has no business working. I understand it's black Friday and it's busy, but dont be rude. I ended up walking out, and i was planning on buying a lot clothing, because of her i will not be back.
