Sue Sterling is great for hair! Have been with Sue for a while. Had a cut and style for a big occasion and it looked fantastic. Very personable and professional and genuinely cares about her clients. I like the atmosphere at One Salon. Highly recommend.

Got a women’s haircut and style by Morgan and it was awful. I jump around from salon to salon, and I’ve never written a bad review but this is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I even showed her multiple reference photos and I was still far from satisfied. The worst part is, last time I got a haircut I showed the stylist these same photos and I LOVED how my haircut turned out. Now i’m stuck with a haircut that is unflattering styled AND unstyled. In all honesty, I’m a people pleaser so I didn’t have it in me to tell Morgan flat out I didn’t like it. On top of that, I knew she’d just offer to “fix” it herself, and I don’t trust her with my hair at this point, so it wasn’t worth the risk.

I have been with Lisa Polk for 10+ years. Lisa is an amazing stylist, especially with short hair. I recently took my 11 y/o niece in to Lisa. Lisa talked & listened to what my niece wanted for her hair and then proceeded to give her a terrific style that not only encompassed what my niece wanted, but my niece could also duplicate the look on her own. Thank you for everything Lisa!

I called to make an appointment, but the lady I spoke to was very rude. Instead of answering my questions, she kept asking me more questions and wouldn't give me the information I needed. I decided to cancel the appointment because it felt like they don't care about their customers. Very rude staff.

I have been to this salon twice now and I am incredibly impressed with the overall service and talent here. Dennis is amazing and I'm in awe of his skill. I keep looking in the mirror and smiling, I am so happy with my cut and color!
