My daughters were shopping with friends and price tags were clearly marked with lower prices and when they got up to the register the casher proceeded to tell them it was marked wrong. That is horrible customer service. You clearly have a tag on items with a price and you don't honor it. Shame on you. I tried to call and of course they don't answer their phone.

The teenage boys being the counter didn’t even know how to do a refund let alone walked away from the counter while I was asking what I needed to do to return them and completely ignored me

Worst customer service EVER. Teenagers behind the counter that couldn’t care less about doing their jobs right. Went to exchange a brand new item with a receipt, but tag removed - receipt clearly states return with receipt within 5 days. Their ‘manager’ states it’s just store policy to have the tag attached, even though nowhere does it state so in the receipt. Do better with your employees, and maybe write your ‘store policies’ down somewhere so they don’t make them up as they go.

Absolutely worst store experience I've had. Staff are unhelpful, rude, and condescending; a friend accidentally dropped their money on the counter when they went to pay, and was then accused by an employee of throwing it at them, who then proceeded to not let them complete their purchase until they picked up the money and gently set it on the counter. Very misleading advertisement and sales signs, only caused more confusion and condescending behavior from the employees. Not worth your time or money.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional staff. The manager was horrible so was the staff. They have zero knowledge on how to talk to customers. Fitting rooms are closed always.

I literally had no idea pacsun was this huge. They have a really nice brandy Melville section. And even carry princess Polly here which really surprised me. I normally complain in these reviews but honestly the tall manger with the curly Afro and ear piercing made me smile. My friend was really annoying and she accidentally spilled her drink and made a mess but he didn’t complain about it he even helped pick out a nice outfit for me to wear at my sisters birthday dinner. Im definitely planning to come back soon I love the aesthetic of the store! As long as pacsun carry princess Polly they can will can always have my money.

Went to this store to shop & make return on 1/12/2024 at 11am they refused to open store saying they were doing inventory. They said, “come back in 3 hours”. No store closes during regular business hours to do inventory. Horrible customer service. I will never give them my business again & I’m a regular customer!!

Fitting rooms are never open? They keep saying next week every week because they can't keep up. If the workers have not been able to keep up then why is the store still understaffed? Where is the business manager?

went into pacsun today, and one, was never greeted by a worker asking if i needed help, which whatever. then i saw a bunch of hangers and clothes everywhere in back of store and fitting rooms. i was also yelled at by one of the male workers who was wearing headphones, and talked to me very disrespectfully as if i were a child. did not appreciate the tone he was using. will definitely be grabbing his name next time. i’m sure no one would appreciate being talked to the way he talked to me. not sure if he always talks to people like this, but it sure doesn’t seem like the first time. ridiculous. no wonder this store has 2.7 stars.
