I purchased a charm back in September and a piece broke off. I took it and found out it was still under warranty but they did not have it in stock. Gabbie, the district manager, took wonderful care of me as well as explaining everything to me. She is an awesome sales person and I will be back again.

Spoke with Alexis (I believe is a manager) who was training a new associate. I came in to get my bracelet fixed after accidentally snapping it, she explained the policy and I understood, I proceeded to ask if she knew anywhere I could get this fixed as my boyfriend bought me this bracelet last September so it is still pretty new. She then told me she could take care of it for me this time and proceeded to take my old bracelet in for the exact same one. Her and the associate were so kind and I appreciated their help very much, they were awesome! This made my day as I was devastated I had broken my bracelet.

Our customer service rep was on point and very patient! Also showed me something technology related to my phone to help make quicker transactions! Definitely will give them more business!

I have been insulted in this store for shopping and getting back with an issue with my product. The sales lady raised her voice on me and when I politely told her to speak in a regular tone as I was right in front of her she said that is her customer service tone. A store which will give you extra sarcasm and rude attitude than any basic help. I had an issue with my product and I was accused that the scratch was from my own nails. I have been shopping in pandora for last 10 years but today’s experience makes me realize it’s time for a change. Definitely don’t visit this store I see so many comments as well confirming the rude behavior.Unacceptable

Service was absolutely horrible. The associate which I believe is the manager was extremely rude lied several times about the product. She made my experience uncomfortable. Please do not make the same mistake going into this location. It’s not worth your time to be treated less due to someone being unprofessional.

I don’t know if it’s me or the staff, but I come to pandora annually for my birthday. I came to this location twice. First time, I just couldn’t help but feel discriminated against by the employee who seemed disgusted by the fact my boyfriend is Black and I am not? Like the longer we were there, the more attitude the lady accumulated. It was honestly so weird and awkward and noticeably because of the interracial piece. I felt weird and uncomfortable to be excited and giddy with him because she kept looking at us with disgust but of course did not speak in disgust. The body language, demeanor, eye language, and dismissiveness had me leave the mall in tears. 2 years later, we went yesterday and gave the same place a chance, with the same boyfriend, and a different clerk.Again, I don’t know if it is me at this point or the staff. For me to feel discriminated against for being in an interracial relationship takes a lot because I let a lot of judgment and looks slide all of the time. It takes a significant amount of effort on someone else’s part to make me feel uncomfortable in that aspect. I absolutely could not believe how we were treated once again. Even worse than the initial time.We came in together, and waited to be taken care of. The White clerk seemed visibly dissatisfied to have to serve us over the other White customer who came in after us. It was unbelievable. We watched her with the previous customers who were white, and was very cheery and smiley. As soon as it came to us, it was like a different person walked in to help us. I could not fathom it.I bit my tongue and just endured the weird, clear prejudice of this lady to get my jewelry. If anyone is actually reading this, just imagine what this feels like: you’re with a Black man at a restaurant, store, public setting. The person providing you with the service shows being impressed or pleasantly surprised that he will be footing the bill. What even is that? Why would she act like that towards him? Why would I come in there with him and him watch me pay for it anyway? If I walked in with a White man, I cannot help but believe she would have been smiling and happy to help us. It would have been different.The treatment I receive from this location only has been consistently, unforgettably uncomfortable and discriminatory. Maybe it’s the area, because out where we live in Dearborn/Detroit area, we rarely, if ever, experience this treatment in public. And maybe, the population of people in the Novi area need a reality check that just because someone is not White, does not mean they are poor, a criminal, a drug addict, or whatever other stereotype miss lady had before we even spoke to her. Needless to say, I really like this mall for special occasions, but I think we will continue our yearly Pandora tradition at literally any other location. I refuse to let them make me or my relationship or my partner feel inadequate or less than. For the record, despite the clerk’s possible assumptions of his character, he is a successful, kind, generous, and strong Black man. It’s jewelry, lighten the he11 up and deliver joy for the minuscule moment we enter your store regardless of what we look like.

Came here a few weeks ago with a friend to try to find something for my mom for her birthday. Me being in my mid twenties I look like a young kid who has no $ to get anything from Pandora. (Not true at all) Two sales associates kept looking at us and wouldn't help us out at all. Asked once associate to help and she told me she was too busy. Another 10 minutes went by and still no one offered to help us look for anything. Then someone from the back emerged and asked us to leave if we weren't buying anything. Why? Great question. Wouldn't recommend coming here- they won't help you unless you have diamonds and money dripping from your pockets.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They provided a very relaxed shopping experience and at the same time never hesitated to help when I had questions. This is a great place to buy gift for a loved one, the staff will make you feel right at home. I highly suggest anybody checking this place out.

I came to replace a ring that broke and they said they cant help even tho it was only 2weeks after i bought it even is they dont have the right size i said a tighter size is fine and they denied having one even tho i called while i was in the mall and they said i cant even get a product the same price
