the guy who did my exam was great, but when i told them at checkout that i didn’t want to buy glasses from them they wernt as nice anymore.

I received a thorough contact lens exam from a competent doctor who assured me that I could return for adjustments if needed. However, when I went to purchase contact lenses, the receptionist offered only 6 or 12 months’ supply. Unsure of their effectiveness, I requested a smaller supply, opting for 90 days. Later, learning of online options, I called to cancel within 30 minutes, but was told it wasn’t possible due to a no-refund policy. The lack of a clear refund display at the register, coupled with an upsell attempt, left me dissatisfied with the one-time transaction. I’ll go back to LensCrafters

I am happy that I chose this establishment for my vision needs. I was in and out in about 45mins. The office was very clean, bright and welcoming. The receptionist(s) were very friendly and I felt comfortable from start to finish. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly as well. They have a whole wall dedicated to popular and attractive designer frames for men, women and children. After receiving my vision insurance and scrolling through countless doctors and offices to choose from I'm so glad I made the choice I did. It was a three minute drive from work and I was seen earlier than my appt time which was even better! Thank you Pearle Vision!

Friendly staff.The exam was excellent, the doctor was very able, understanding, attentive.The only thing that bugged me is, I was promised a $25 coupon, and when I was paying my bill, I was told, oh we will honor that when you "buy" frames and glasses or contacts, no - we won't apply to your exam and the additional non covered pictures etc.

Me and my wife truly appreciate the staffs hard work, but Grace is number one she is so patient with us she goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and personal attention. When I think of Pearle Vision I think of Grace.

I appreciate the store manager Anne adjusting my frames, which were falling off my face when I bent over and sliding down my nose, over the past 30 days.?However, Anne, at the Novi store became rude when I was telling her that I am having difficulty reading my computer screen for school, after just one month of having my new glasses! ?She was more interested in closing the store than hearing my concern and wanted me to waste gas and time to come back when she could have addressed my concern!?After all, there were 3 employees in your store and only one customer in the 20 minutes prior to me coming in the store?I was letting my car run because my power had been out for 2 days in my home and I had just gotten a boost from AAA and decided to drive to Novi because I needed to keep the car running for one hour.?While in the parking lot for 20 minutes, I looked on the internet and realized that the store was closing in 5 minutes, I ran into your store. Had I known that the store was closing, I would have gone into the store 20 minutes earlier. I am sorry that I thought the store would be opened to 6pm on a Friday to accommodate those getting off of work at 5pm!?P.s. I have read the reviews for this store and it seems Anne has been rude to other customers, maybe Corporate should look into how she is turning away new customers of Pearle Vision??No patience, no customer return!A Very Dissapoointed Customer!

Disappointed with my experience. Thankfully there are plenty of options in Novi. Don’t overlook all the other poor reviews, I know I did, and unfortunately this whole process was extremely frustrating.

terrible customer service, really. the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative.you can’t get the measurements for the glasses because of company poicy. you can get prescriptions and they are not liable, but they are liable for measurements? how does that make sense? at the least, she could have said it kindly, but instead she got mad.if you don’t want to be glared at the second you walk through the door, please go buy your glasses somewhere else. pearle vision really needs to be careful if they don’t want to loose any more valuable customers.we always purchased our glasses at pearle vision. i don’t know where i will go in 2023. most probably not pearle vision

I had my fist experience there and it was the best! The doctor was very professional and compassionate. The staff was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this facility for your eye care needs. The receptionist had all my Vision benefits ready for me when I got there. I can’t say enough great words about this staff. Keep up the good work!
