CJ at the Novi location was and is amazing! This is my resident I’ve been taking care of for almost 4 years who suffers from Alzheimer’s. Her dog was taken away because she was forgetting to do the normal upkeep for him and he later had to be put down. She misses him so much I told her we can go and Volunteer and show the pups some love and that is what CJ allowed for her to do, after calling and him approving of course. She was so happy and I plan to bring her as much as she wants ! Thank you for allowing her to experience this!

Very kind in their customer service, but they do hand over the little animals with issues and don’t tell you absolutely anything about it. I adopted a kitten and when I took him for a check-up, he had three different types of parasites that we are still treating.
They should be more transparent about these matters, and everything they carry comes from having so many kittens living together and using the same litter box. They should hand them over completely healthy — especially considering the price you pay, which is not cheap at all.
But they never mention anything, and I find that very unethical of them.

I really wanted to adopt this little guy but they wanted $5,800.00 for him. I can't even comprehend that! How a 12 week old puppy they've had in their store 3 days could ever aquire those kind of fees is insane!
