I can’t recommend this company. We had gutters installed on our house. They looked good until it rains. They were installed wrong from the beginning. We had them out once to repair them from leaking. They don’t leak any more but neither do they drain. The installers never installed the drain hole in for the downspout and now I have 2 gutters that just over fill with water. It’s been 3 weeks of me calling and nothing getting corrected. They have been really nice the phone. I will keep trying to get them out to fix this.

Worst financial decision I’ve ever made. I had ALL the windows in my home replaced, and almost every one of them leak due to poor product and installation.not to mention my sliding door was ordered wrong during the initial visit. That took a month and a half, to get sorted out since the “quality assurance rep” that came out, quit and it never got ordered. I had to call and check up on things after weeks of not hearing anything about replacing. Then finally when the crew that came out to swap out the door, they rammed it together and it wouldn’t seal at all. Another month goes by to get that fixed, along with finding more issues with other windows. Air leaks, windows don’t fit inside of each other, sloppy operating. Just overall poor quality work. I was sold on their “energy savings demonstration”. I NEVER imagined that POOR installation and poor quality would come of this.I’ve had them come out 4 times to fix things, and there’s no end in sight. Stay away!

Just finished my third project working with Power Home Remodeling and couldn't be happier. Completed 2 separate window projects and now just successfully replaced my roof and gutters and both my home and garage. The sales reps are friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable about what they are selling. I went back and forth on my shingle selection 3 times and had no issue getting someone to answer my phone each time or no hassle in changing my order. The crew showed up on time and took very good care of my property and cleaned up immaculately when they were done. Couldn't recommend enough!

These guys are true professionals, from their first contact to the job finish. They have a business model that puts them way ahead of the competition. They do a pre-install inspection in which they go over every aspect of the job, and a post-job quality inspection in which they make sure you are pleased with every aspect of the work. They did vinyl siding on our entire house, and we are very pleased with the work they did and the way they treated us through the whole process. They also use the highest quality materials throughout. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a good job done right.

I hired power to re-side my house, wrap the porch, and replace my gutters in early 2023.First, the good: the work looks really good. My house looks fantastic. No complaints about appearance at all. The customer service was good too. They did a quality check follow-up after completion. Also, the pricing was at the high end but still reasonable in this market. Now the bad: power sold me on this new gutter system saying that the 4" size would not clog, even despite all the tall trees I have. This is not true as they are constantly clogging. I have to clear them at least 6-7 times per year mid-summer to late fall. Not a huge sore point but I did have a gutter guard system before so this is an annoyance. And the ugly: I didn't notice until more than 6 months after but the contractor used by Power did some significant damage to my roof (see photos). They used a ladder system which rested on the roof to install the new siding. This punched many holes in my roof shingles. Looks like someone used a hole puncher - every place where the ladders rested on the roof has multiple holes straight through to the vapor barrier. I had taken pictures when they were here so I checked - the places where I have holes are the exact places where the ladders rested on my roof. My roof is only now 3 years old so this is extremely aggravating. I had to get up on the roof with some roof sealant to close up the holes - there are dozens of holes. I'm sure I will be sealing and re-sealing the holes for the next 20-25 years until I replace the roof again. And as if this were not enough, one corner of my roof is damaged. I don't have any proof it was Power (and it may or may not have been) but I don't have any trees anywhere near that corner so I don't have any other suspects. My verdict: good looking work with good customer service at a market reasonable price. The risk of damage to your roof, however makes this a NOT RECOMMENDED from me. Next time I will hire a contractor directly.Service: Gutter installation

Seems like quality work, and a good warranty. This company is about sales pressure, however. The inspection lasted 3 hours, which was full of pressure sales tactics after I was able to reflect on it.They even tried to have me post this review while they were in my presence, before the work was finished, so take the amazing ratings with a grain of salt. Don’t be like me, get quotes and don’t fall for their “buy now” price. I will be reluctant to use them in the future.Services: Roof inspection

I purchased 5 windows for my house and installed a couple of years ago. I called the service department because I have a fine crack across the bottom of my window in my spare bedroom. I never had an accident to cause the window to crack. I was told to send a picture which was very difficult to take since it is not very noticeable. I sent the picture in so that the Manager could look at it. A couple of days later, I received a voice message indicating that the window was not covered under warranty and it would cost me $500 to replace. I called back to talk to a Manager and was told by another person that the window was not covered and it would cost me. I asked to speak to a Manager again she insisted that the Manager could not do anything. This staff finally said she would send my name and number to the Manager. It's now a week later and no call back from a Manager. Very expensive windows! Customer service and pride in your product not happening!Roxanne Szczesniak

We went with Power due to the perfect package sold during the sales pitch. The sales rep were great. Every corner covered. Certain tactics were odd but we glossed over it because most sales pitches include some sort of tactics. But very little was truthful and the quality was horrendous.Power sales team told us they do not work with contractors. This is not true. As we heard from a project manager who said they work with contractors who work exclusively with Power. Apparently they use contractors because full time employees require benefits (something we actually heard from a Power employee). Pretty crappy and makes me feel icky for supporting a business like this. We had roofing, soffits and gutters replaced. Price changed multiple times after initial quote. It went down in cost due to incorrect measurements on the first visit. Pre-installation rep adjusted the price to reflect the over measurement. Then back tracked and added more costs due to needing wood boards replaced under the soffits. They never replaced any boards but the price wasn't adjusted back down. Post installation team said the price was initially adjusted for other reasons but couldn't give an exact explanation. Just what they thought it could be. Their story changed so much that we couldn't trust a word they were saying. The story never lined up. Not sure all departments at Power communicate. We were told our whole house would be tarped prior to work to ensure a seemless clean up. THE MOST IMPORTANT aspect for our family of the project. No tarps were used. Nails, wood and old shingles were thrown all over our yard. We have kids and a dog and are terrified of getting injured now. At home lead test detected lead in paint chips left by crew. I expressed that prep and cleanup are part of the cost we are paying for and Powers response was roofing is done per square foot. Okay...so prep and clean up are built into that price. We paid for prep and cleanup and we're told multiple multiple times clean up is one thing they pride themselves on. No one does anything for free so again those are built into the cost. Yet zero prep occurred and minimal clean up. Post installation crew came out to clean up and fix little things to "make things right". They wouldn't have needed to make things right if things were done up to standard in the first place. Also told us there was a "few" things left around that they cleaned up as they stood next to a half filled 5 gallon bucket of harmful debris that they picked up. That's on top of my husband and I cleaning up nails/debris before they could make it out so our dog wasn't injured. We still have not let our kids play in our yard in over a week. A quick Google search pulls up tons of info on how quality roofing companies protect your home and family with tarps. Clearly Power is not a quality company.Crews had little respect for our home. But now knowing that Power most likely contracts out cheap labor that would make sense. Who wants to follow corporate guidelines for a company they don't work for and probably received a small fragment of the cost. Damage was caused in our gardens and to our home. Cable wire was left hanging in the road during soffit removal. We had to pick it out of the street until the gutter crew could reattach properly. Gutter crew was great and no complaints there. We were told the soffit crew needed to add additional vent holes to bring our house up to code. By chance my husband went outside to check if they were being cut according to the plan. The team had already started installing the soffits and come to find out that no holes were cut! Another call to Power and the crew on-site had to tear down what was already installed to fix the issue. If he hadn't gone outside we would have never known it was done incorrectly. I understand things don't always go as planned and construction can be messy. However, there were too many issues and this was pure lack of care on Powers part. Going with a large company seemed great based on the sales pi

Had quotes for roof and some windows. Went ahead with the roof. They did a very thorough inspection and quote, explained the process well along with the materials and construction. Pre appt inspection went well with the crew leader. Crew arrived and completed the job in two days, beating out one of the worst storms of the year. Clean up was excellent. They protected our outdoor furniture and windows during the shingle stripping. Lawn was spotless after the clean up. Final inspection and quality check was also very thorough.

We've worked with Power on 2 projects now (siding/gutters and windows/front door) and have been SO happy with the service and results. They are professional, friendly, and communicative and really do great, FAST work. They take care of their customers and it's clear that they take pride in their work.

We had a very informative canvaser approach our door from the company Power. We invited him to hear about is company and what they had to offer. We decided to go with Power. They did a very good on putting on our new roof. They are very good about communicating with the the customer concerning all facets of the processThe crew cleaned our property as if there had been no construction taken place. The job was completed in time that was stated before the project began.when the project is completed, they have a quality control person come out to look at the job after it is finished and to make sure the customer is pleased with final product. I would recommend Power to anyone.Services: Skylight installation

Everyone that came out from Power was personable and authentic with their feedback about our home. The quote for windows, attic insulation and siding was a little long (time wise) but extremely educational and we were left with resources to compare their quality to other companies. We felt really confident that the end product was going to be quality. Their installation team was very fast and got all 10+ of our windows done in a day. Would definitely recommend. They were also GREAT about asking for feedback along the way and took it seriously, they clearly have an improvement mindset.Service: Window installation
