Super fast and a great product! I ordered large van magnets and they came out great - quality product, great printing and super fast shipping. I was so pleased with Printastic, I ordered different set of van magnets and had to contact them. I can attest their customer service is excellent! I highly recommend this company.

I just received the banners that I designed for my nieces wedding and I am so pleased. I was concerned about the print showing upenough on the banners and Printastic added a white outline that made them just perfect.Thank You Printastic!

When I was on the other side of the business, I used to purchase signs regularly. I remembered they were fantastic at response, quality product, I could pick it up locally (there in Metro-Detroit) if I was in a time crunch) and could not remember the name to save my life. I called "Printastic" and got a PEACH of gentleman who was rude from the start. I asked if he was located in the Michigan location and if they had operated under a different name in the past (Printastic wasn't ringing any bells) and he cut me off and asked what the call was about and he didn't feel comfortable answering that question.... I told him I was a former customer of a print shop previously and couldn't remember the name of the company. I re-asked my question and he RUDELY answered again. I told him to forget it and I would take my business elsewhere. Customer service is where it's at, folks. Learn people skills and how to communicate with people. It's a requirement to stay in business.

This company stands behind their work. I have used them many times in the last 6 years. Their quality is consistent and exceptional. Quick turn around time. Exceptional customer service. Their PVC signs pop with color and are the highest quality. I highly recommend their service.

The customer service: extremely responsive. The quality: beyond awesome! The incredibly fast shipping: the cherry on top… but the best part was the extra surprise banner- so absolutely grateful and impressed! Super disappointed. I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and have order A TON of banners over the years for companies I do designs for. The last order I had was lost in shipping and so I contacted Printastic for a reship because the item never arrived. They resent the item and refunded me for the inconvenience of the item arriving later. That was not the problem. The issue came up today when I tried to order a new order and the site would not let me check out. When I called they customer service said that I was blocked as a customer and would need to find another company for future projects because of the "argument" we had about the lost order.I was pretty astounded that they would toss me aside as a customer after years of using them, over a lost item? I ended up finding another local Michigan company, eSigns.com beacuse I do try to support our local businesses. They have competitive pricing to Printastic's so I will be using them moving forward.

We had a great experience! We were working with other banner companies that were a total nightmare. We needed banners done right away & we were in a panic. I found Printastic online and sent a message. They immediately called me and we worked through all the details and we received our banners fast! The top and bottom banner in the pic they did for us, plus another not in the pic. I would highly recommend! In fact we will be ordering more banners from them in the next few weeks.

Printastic helped me with a 24 x 48 sign. they helped me with the design, gave me options, were totally helpful. tbh, I was shocked how helpful they were...it took me a couple tries to make it the way I wanted...and they were awesome. was a great experience.

I have done a lot of printing as a graphic designer, this company has impressed by to no end. I ordered a product on Tuesday (uploaded my design), submitted and received a finished product today! That's service. Also, I was notified of shipping, of transit and of delivery. Excellent company, excellent product. Impressive.
