ProtectCell is a legit company that is totally upfront about its rules. After a terrible experience with another company, one customer found the difference staggering and was happy with the switch. ProtectCell replaced a faulty phone it initially sent, taking responsibility for its faults. Another customer states ProtectCell saved them, providing a brand new phone just in time when needed. Customers will be purchasing a warranty through this company again.

They're hit or miss, sometimes they send you the wrong size device(happened to me a few times). But they express order and shipping is well worth the extra $20. Always ask them to rush the order and fast shipping.
