Signed in online and was immediately taken back for my appointment as soon as I arrived. The lab tech was so kind and quickly performed my lab. In and out the door in 5 minutes.

Unpleasant staff, making to it extra difficult to just drop off a sample with lab orders in the system. Charged like an appointment for a specimen drop off. Never had such a bad experience with a Quest labs before.

I arrived about 25 minutes early for my appt, but signed in and sat down. There was one other person waiting already that didn’t have an appt. Three other walk-ins arrived while I waited. No one was seen while I waited, nor did any patients leave during that time. At exactly my appt time I was called in and escorted to the last chair. There was no one be else there other than the phlebotomist. She quickly grabbed her materials and went to work. At no point did she verify my name or any personal data. She did not prompt me for the needle just put the tourniquet on and poked, then proceeded to wiggle the needle and apply pressure to it. Based on the bruising, swelling and tenderness inside my elbow I don’t know if she just missed the vein or was puncturing muscle/etc. But after years of giving blood and having blood draws I’ve never been as uncomfortable afterward as I am now.

I was very pleased with the online check in capability, the quick response with calling me, and the few minutes it took to draw blood. Everything was quick and easy. The lady helping me was also very pleasant and kind, even though she seemed busy. I appreciated her patience and taking the time to make small talk with me. Hold on to her- she is very customer-oriented. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Highly recommend this place!

The blood draw experience was good, however we have been waiting way too long for the lab results. These aren’t complex labs and other labs have turned them around much faster.

I checked in (or so I thought) through a text message they sent me but that doesn’t matter. You have to register on the kiosk in the lobby or else it doesn’t put you on the list and then you have to go on standby

I don't know why the reviews are bad because my experience was quite pleasant and it went faster than I thought it would! I just got some blood work done and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

The women who have helped me have been phenomenal. Nice and great at what they do. Very hard working. Make your appointment time online and miss the wait time!

To all wjho are dealing with Prime care of Novi and Quest lab work through them.Not sure if the practices same method at other providers
we went for physical late last year(2023) and my physical didn't order Vitamin D test which we didnt ask for. We never complained of any issues related to vitamin D. Doctor prescribed Vitamin D test as part of my PHysical . My insurance company says Doctor should not have prescribed Vitamin D test as part of physica. I called Doctor's office and left a message to remove this. In May 2024, i got response from Prime care billing which doesn't make any sense to me. They said that we didn't order. Contact quest. Quest told me to settle this with Prime care and they cant do anything. Prime care of novi told me told me Quest did this and talk to them. Quest knows that PHYSICAL doesn't cover vitamin d test. Not sure why they did this. I left a message for Camille (local quest coordinator) on 08.15.2024 and waiting for the response.

Horrible customer service, phone appointment service doesn't work (can't understand spelling when asked to spell last name). Impossible to speak with a human.

SUPER RUDE and USELESS STAFF! The two ladies out there (wish I knew their names to mention here) made us go home twice. The first time around because we didn't have an appointment on a Friday. Apparently, they need us to make an appointment on Friday afternoons which is NOT written or mentioned anywhere! The second time cause their system was not working. We even offered to be back with paperwork by their close time but seemed like they just wanted to go home early on a Friday. Under normal circumstances would have been acceptable but the kind of attitude and non-accommodating behavior they threw at us is what got us furious. Unfriendly, rude, non-caring healthcare professionals who don't give a damn about you.
