The worst service I have ever had. If I could give it a zero I would. First I parked and came into the quick lane desk. Told the girl at the desk -once she looked up from the video she was watching - that I was there for my 3p appointment which I had previously scheduled as an oil change, tire rotation and look at my fan indicator on my touch pad that only comes up in Chinese for my 2mth old Corsair. It was 2:50p. She said pull on up and they would open the door. Pulled up , told the guy who I was and what I was there for. He seemed to have a list so assumed he was checking me in. I then went and sat in the waiting area. Several times I got up and saw that my car had not moved. The girl was no longer at the desk. Finally at 4:30 a guy came in and stated my name and said they did not know I was there. He apologized and asked if I still wanted the oil changed. I told him that after waiting 1 1/2 hours I would. He then came back 10 min later and said he had a great idea that I could leave my car there over night, he would give me a loaner and come back tomorrow. I told him absolutely not and that I was leaving. All of this for an oil change. I have purchased three cars now from Varsity but do not use their service as it is not convenient for me working downtown. Due to the holiday I had a day off so thought it would work for my schedule. Never again.

2-3 hours wait for an oil change, appointment at that I mind you. I only go to this one since it's close to me.

We didn't end up getting a Lincoln, but I can't recommend Rich enough! We came in pretty late on a Saturday and they were about to close. Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. I mean, we spent a lot of time shopping around before deciding to even get a car and Rich was the best salesman that I've dealt with by far. He also gave us the best price out of all the places we met with. While I ended up going with another vehicle, I will 100% be back to Rich when my new lease is up and I decide to get a Lincoln!

I have purchased two slightly used cars from this dealership and have followed up with service work done by them. And I have found it to be a professionally run place having bought and owned cars for 60 years, I would say this is been my most positive experience, both for purchases and for service follow up.Dave K

Our salesperson, Barry Harnos, retired :( but we got the BEST service from him and Varsity in general. I'm sure the next salesperson will also be wonderful. I tried a different Lincoln dealer (Hines) at the same time to see who could get me what I wanted at the best price and Varsity kicked their butts!
