R & S Restores Inc. is a family-owned and operated general contracting business serving the metro Detroit area. They specialize in water damage repair and insurance claims for both residential and commercial properties. The company handles projects of all sizes, from small repairs like leaky water heaters or dishwashers to large-scale rebuilds after major disasters such as flooded basements or roof damage. They offer a comprehensive service that includes mold remediation. R & S Restores sets itself apart by completing all work in-house, unlike competitors who may subcontract portions of the job. Customers praise the company's prompt response times, courteous staff, and clear communication throughout the repair process.
Brain and his team were super responsive and came out the same day (even though it was a holiday weekend). His communication about the process was great and seamless. Would definitely use him again!
