I can only say excellent job during the repair on my vehicle. Technician David from the Novi office called in advance to make the repair. He explained everything in detail and did an excellent job.

Incredible service and even hospitality... my tech came and offered me a breakfast sandwich while I waited. They finished an hour early, and it looks great. Highly recommended.

went to safelight for years....this time chip repair was done incorrectly girl came in wait room and said opps i drilled hohole in wrong sopt mistook dust for chip than i said you can fill them bouth and note mistake on paperwoork 2 hrs later on the way home my windshield cracked end to end than i called back they said they would replace it no charge no deduct not contact my ins...4 more hours in waitroon.... windshild looked ok almost got killed on way home in icestorm they dad disconected my windshield wipre assembly i stoped at honda they charged me to look at and found the disconect poor work second viviyt for houes promises to not charge....4 mo later they billed my ins for the winshild and put me in collections for the deduck.....i called corp talked to 5 people and they promised me a return call instead a computer called rattled off a 800# than hung upwas told a guy named vick would call dont trust this co espically if they have your insurance info got threatning collection notices every time i call cust service they put me on hold than say they will call back and dont

Had the windshield swapped out on my van and now the wind noise is unbearable. Filled out their customer satisfaction survey and expressed my concerns, at the end it asked if I'd like to be contacted about my issues which I of course said yes. Already into the next week and no call, no email, nothing. Now I have to start the process of calling them. I'll update the outcome.Update, I got a warranty appointment two weeks out and low and behold is raining today. As I suspected the windshield is leaking like crazy. It's dripping onto my remote start receiver and filling up my dash pockets. I tried to remove it to keep it dry but they glued it on with something that I cannot move so I'm not going to try. I'm hoping my remote start doesn't short out or they will be replacing that as well which im sure will be a fight. I just wish I would have listened to my insurance company and went with the company they use. This is a nightmare!

It would probably be more if I haven't been waiting over a week to get the promised call back on when my clips were in. The clips on the molding around my windshield broke. I scheduled a service for warranty and I got to the store and they thought I was getting a whole new windshield again(probably because I could not call and explain the issue and schedule the appointment). It had not even been a week. They taped the molding down and promised that they would call when the clips came in but it has been 2 weeks now with no call. There is no real person to talk to when you call the location or a chat live option online. Now this tape has been on my car(black car/silver tape all up 1 side of my windshield) for 2 weeks and I still can't get answers. I will be going into the location today. I will never use Safelite again. I cannot be the only person to have these issues. I will say when you in the store they seem nice, but no follow through.

Very kind staff that will answer any questions you have. The service was great and fast. Needed a new windshield and they had it replaced in just under two hours. The waiting area is super clean and they offer a variety of things to drink and a tv to watch while you wait.

My appointment was today from 12-5pm. I was given updates the entire day.The tech never showed up. I received no phone calls. To make matters worse I have no way to contact them because it’s all automated! Extremely irritated and will not be using this service again.I had to re structure my whole day to make the mobile service work.

Safelite service at this location has been very good. Had bad experience at different branches where glass inventory is less to none. Returned back due to wrong glass, poor technical experience.

This vendor is terrible to get a hold of. I have emailed and calledto get a corrected invoice. The automatic voicemail doesn't assist at all. It disconnects when you ask to speak to customer service.I would not do business with them again.

I went in for an inspection of an edge crack on my replacement windshield. I was told it was under warranty and they ordered the replacement. Today, I come in for the warranty replacement and the suddenly discover a “micro chip” caused by a micro rock that I can’t even see. Now I’m screwed out of another deductible! I told my insurance agent that I’ll cancel all 6 policies if they try to make me use the Safelite thieves again.

Team was very accommodating by waiting 15 minutes after closing for me to pick my vehicle.
