I was recommended this place by a Facebook group. I called to schedule an appointment, I was placed on a 2 minute hold, the young guy hung up. I thought it was an accident, so I called twice and they did not answer. This is the type of unprofessional behavior that makes people run away from places like this.
Update:
Thanks for your response, but I find that hard to believe. Because at some point the same young guy picked up the phone and was talking to another customer. I just hope this isn’t a normal phone etiquette from your staff, because regardless of how good your salon is behavior like this push customers away. Good luck and happy holidays!

My entire experience was fantastic from start to finish....Donna the receptionist was great and recommended the perfect stylist for my needs, Nicole, who took the time to consult with me prior to my appointment and understand the bad experiences I've had in the past. She completely understood what I needed and was so attentive. She formulated the most precise plan of action for my color, tone and the placement of money pieces and root smudge. The rest of the staff wasn't even working on me but still made a point to form a relationship with me as I was processing. I found a new salon home there for sure!

I love Salon Bellezza. People are so friendly and competent so any of the hairdressers would be great. I have gone to Billy for many, many years for my highlights and cut and always have complements on my hair wherever I go! He keeps records on what works and knows my hair so well. The prices are very reasonable and had great conversations with Billy and staff!

Probably the most professional hair salon I’ve ever been to. Been going to Billy for a few years and has received nothing but outstanding and amazing work. He really cares about his clients and will do anything to make sure you are happy with the results. Highly recommend !!!

Nicole, I did a fabulous job on my hair. Having never been there before she was able to match up my color perfectly gave me a great cut. I would be pleased to have her do my hair again. The shop is tastefully done and everyone is very pleasant.
