I ordered white and yellow cupcakes for my daughter’s sweet 16 party in September. Only to get chocolate and white. When I spoke to manager “She stated we ordered chocolate which is a lie because we hate chocolate. What you will not do is argue back and forth with me and tell me what I ordered. Very unprofessional!!!! She for sure should not be in a management position. But many companies don’t have much to choose from. So needless to say, I will not be ordering from here anymore. Someone dropped the ball and someone made a mistake it happens. But it’s how it was all handled. Unacceptable!!!

Poor customer service! I have had a business membership for almost 30 years, which I renew annually. They never told me that it is now a basic membership. I went to the store today at 9:40, they explained how it doesn't mean early entry anymore (which I understand). When I asked to shop for today at this time, since I drove 25 minutes, they told me no, that I had to pay $100 for up charge. Seriously?!?! Poor customer service!!!

I am not sure why this store has such low reviews, I shop here at least once a week if not several times. The store is always clean and organized, the staff has always been kind and helpful and the door selection is why I go. They have amazing filets, cakes, bakery items, wine, alcohol and even gorgeous flowers. This is by far my favorite place to shop.

Wow! How unorganized can a place be waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told you can't use a gift card here you have to wait in the other line. Went to other side of the store and the line was clear to the back of the store. Meanwhile I'm watching 3 associates standing in a circle telling jokes and laughing. While the store is overcrowded because the wraps throughout the whole store. I know we're in the middle of a pandemic but this is ridiculous only have three checkout lines attended. I'm officially done with sams club by the way still in the second line for another 30 minutes and not even close to a register

I have belonged to Sams club for 30 years and really like the Novi location, however, I am not renewing my membership due to the sales people that Sams allows to bother their shoppers. Last week I was pulled aside by 3 marketers, and the only way I 'got away' was by being flat out rude. I found myself avoiding the main aisles. My husband has bought crap we didn't need and had to return it due to pressure. He is currently avoiding calls from the window guys. I pay a hefty membership fee, but I can go shop anywhere else without having to avoid marketers.

Absolutely love the merchandise!! I can find all my favorites in one shop! Was able to buy my new chick-Fil-A knock offs! And I love my frozen yogurt on my way out!

My go to , first thing in the morning. Team members are usually friendly ( we all have bad days). Now that renovations inside appear to be done easier to locate items. Employees willing to help find /locate items when asked .employees working food stations for sampling are helpful with suggestions of their own for the products they are demonstrating.

Terrible experience with a club pickup. I should have walked through the store and got the items myself, it would have been much faster. The person at the pickup desk was rude and should not be on your front line. I called 888-746-7726 from the store since I was not being helped and the originally person helping me walked away. The 800-number was of absolutely no help. Managers from the store eventually came out, even though I did not ask for them, and had a "so what, what do you want me to do about it attitude." All I wanted was to walk in the store, pickup my items that I ordered online, and walk out. This should have been simple and quick.

Yes this is a bulk store but don't believe the hype - there are some sales but not much. Especially for personal; you'll still find a better deal without paying a membership fee. So why did I have the membership?! It was FREE thanks to my mom who also gotten FREE. Lol! I will say I do enjoy their meat section when items are on sale which is more far in between. Now there lines are a little quicker as well since you have the option of checking out yourselves. (About time) One thing that i will say that I dislike - when you're leaving; you have several SALES person at the end trying to push products on you. "Excuse me... Excuse me... Excuse me - I was instructed to talk to everyone about our new products... blah, blah, blah" But why?! So you're paying to get harassed at the end of your shopping - NO THANKS! Come on Sam's - lets do better!
