My family and I have been doing business with Sovel's for around 50 years. They are family-owned with exceptional customer service, courteous, VERY HONEST, do great quality work, and charge reasonably. One of the only places we trust our vehicles with. Shout out to the entire staff!!!!!

I called with a question and the employee that answered was helpful and polite. The price he quoted for what I called about was very reasonable. It was nice to have a friendly human answer the phone and give great customer service instead of getting Bob the Bot.

Sovel’s did great work replacing a bad window motor a while back and recently was very helpful over the phone to help troubleshoot my power windows all going out recently. My go-to place in Novi.
