It's a busy mall...
Only bought from one store (jcpennys) easy to get through.
There was just way too much chaos for the
2nd store attempted and tried to find something as simple as the elevator that works to go to the woman's department on the lower floor of Macy's since the escalators were down.
So, I walked around the main floor looking and after about 15 minutes of making multiple loops. I left.
I tried to ask one employee but was told without them listening that I needed to go to the woman's department on the lower floor.
Yes, i knew this as I could see the clothing from the side of the escalator that was OUT of order.
Although this was 3 weeks ago, I decided I'd share. I hope I will never have to go back to the mall again.

This is an amazing mall! It has good pricing, good stores, and amazing food! I absolutely love this mall and i really recommend it.

Security in the white car no. 1244 is not helpful at all .. he park his car and talking on the phone and make annoying face when we need to ask for the directions. Stay home and talk in the phone please ..

Great mall. Not crowded all the time. Not overly expensive like somerset mall. Their store and food store collection could use a little work however.

One of the nicest mall in Michigan after Summersets and Grake Lakes. This is huge and parking lot are all around the mall. Food court is decent as well

It's a nice mall. They need to add one maybe two more oaks.
Always a reliable place to poop when in the area. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 would poop here again.
