There were plenty of new equipment on the lot but for some reason representative chose to give us an old truck which had service light on and also wasn't vey clean on the inside.
Hope they don't repeat it.

Except for issues with the UHaul website, the check-out process was quick and simple. This location is easy in and easy out for a truck or trailer. Close to the freeway exit for a quick picl-up or drop off.

I rented a U-Haul during a weekend urgent moving help with my friend, cause this is the only U-Haul store opened at the day. I returned it same day when the door was closed. About a month later, I got a damage claim from this store and asked me to pay over $900 damage cause I did not buy the insurance. I have 2 witness with me all the time and I did NOT make any damage to the U-Haul I rented. Good try, but I won't give you a penny. The worst business I've ever reached so far.

Best customer service ever, clean truck and well kept. The price was great and the cost was less than estimated. Also estimated cost was more than fair.At other U-Haul rentals they have not been good especially the Livonia oneAlso what place and clean a great selection of Dog Food, High quality bird food, and other dog supplies. I definitely recommend this place. Five stars and A+++ for the gentleman who took great care of us.

Very nice crew! I left my keys in their truck on accident and they called me first thing the next morning, I was very grateful. I owe some kids some happy meals :)

The truck was available when I arrived, neat and clean. The online check-in and closure process was super simple, Great Job !!!
