Horrible services! They need to have better customer service. I wish they were nicer to their customers. They don’t explain anything well at all.

Store managers (Vanessa K. and manager who worked at the store in PM, 12/11/2021) need to be disciplined and trained for not knowing what they are doing and how to serve customers.I traded in my phone for a credit at this store.They gave me a shipping package and label with a wrong address, and ended up losing my phone.After multiple phone calls and store visits over a month period, I finally got the credit. But the process was painful … False promises, mistreatment and difficult communication.There was no apology for their mistakes, and how they treated me as I was expressing my frustration.Vanessa didn’t hesitate to say she would have no problem calling police if don’t leave the store because I was demanding her apology.This store doesn’t even have a phone # for direct communication with the employees there.I cannot believe that Verizon allows this kind of business practices at their stores.Even more sad thing is that there is no corporate contact to file customer complaints.Store gave me a list of phone #s. But all of them led me to the same recorded menu.

Horrible service. I went in to get my phone looked at for a broken screen. And when I was in there. One of the employees was basically screaming at an old man that had drove 2 hours to get to this store. Because he wasn’t sure if he called that store or not. And then the lady helping my father and I kept touching my fathers phone when he had already don’t what she had asked him to do. I personally was getting very annoyed and angry with how these 2 employees where handling the interactions. So I just got up and left. Someone needs To teach theses 2 customer service skills.

Visited this location to upgrade my phone, before Covid was around, was waiting in the building for a tech for h o u r s. The service was slow and not professional; they needed help answering questions.

I just watched an employee throw out an elderly couple from the store for asking why their phones weren't working. Verizon has a history in this area of having issues, and throwing out the elderly for not understanding how to fix their phone? Probably was Verizon's fault, Totally outrageous.

Vanessa, the manager, is the BEST! She is so so kind, helpful and really cares about getting you what you need and helping you get in and out efficiently! She made my experience there so easy and stress-free! :)

I was not given all the information at the time I started an account with VZ at this location and when I found out it was too late to do the paperwork. I spend endless time on the phone and in the store and no one was helpful. I still haven't gotten the matter taken care of. I am very disappointed in my choice to switch the VZ. Think I might go with someone else now. They are expensive and the customer service is not what it used to be.

I had a difficult job trying to back up my phone that had a storage that has been too full for a couple years to even download the new IOS. My husband got me a new phone and I was worried I was going to lose a lot, but Fadi finally got it transferred. He was great at multi tasking with everyone walking in the store and I had the mall and a friend to entertain me while I waited for the first back up to fail. He found another way to do it and I am so thankful to have my new phone with all my “old” stuff on it.

I bought a Google pixel phone direct from Google because Verizon is unable to get them at this time. Fadi questioned why I didn't buy a different phone on their payment plan. I felt I was being judged. I was only in the store for attachment of screen saver, and feel that I was severely overcharged.

The best experience I’ve had upgrading my phone service ever! Vanessa was one of the best Verizon employees I’ve come across to date. She was very knowledgeable and quick to get us in and out of the store!

My older aunt came to this store after customer care told her to so she can set up her autopay for her account. She was refused service and was told to go do it online herself. I’m assuming they refused service because it wasn’t a “sale” but now we know not to ever do any type of business with this location.

I actually switched carriers because of the treatment I received at this store. And, it didn't matter to them. So I went to T-mobile where I actually got some service, really good service!

Fadi, the store manager was so helpful. He showed me by using my debit account how I could save 50 dollars a month. He also signed me up for a plan better suited for my family. He went out of his way to be so helpful and answer any concerns that I had.
