Darlana was great and so was Dr. Just the wait time between exam and ordering glasses seemed long. Lots of people waiting and a few stormed out due to lack of assistance. I feel they where short handed and need help to handle all customers needs.

Not sure what happened, but every visit I've had this past year has required no less than a 45 minute commitment... just to pick up glasses that are supposedly ready and don't require any adjustments. That used to be a 1 to 5 minute transaction. Now you come in, sit and wait as the one person on staff keeps acknowledging they'll eventually get to you while they conduct check in exams for the few people that trickle in after you've already been waiting a while. Feels like they need at least a second person at the counter, and maybe some very basic training.

Poor customer service for a simple eye check-up; it took 2 hours. Upon entering the shop, I waited for 30 minutes. Before seeing the doctor, there were several instruments available for eye checks. One of these instruments was malfunctioning, and they seemed indifferent to the issue. It was only after some time that they managed to reboot it, and it began working for subsequent customers. However, they did not recall me or the person who came before me, leaving us both still waiting to see the doctor. I requested dilation, and although they asked me to sign for it, no dilation was provided. After the doctor's visit, I had to wait another 30 minutes to place an order. I placed two orders and received an email stating that both orders were available. When I went to the store to pick them up, they informed me that only one order was ready, and the other was not. They explained that the issue was related to the online portal and assured me that they would call me when it was ready. If both orders were not ready, they should have called me earlier to prevent me from coming. Now, I must visit again to collect my second order. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but this experience has changed my perspective.

Found them through my insurance benefits and booked and confirmed my and my husband’s appointments for a Friday at 12:15pm and 12:30pm. We were running late and came in at 12:25pm. The front desk lady strictly told me we had to reschedule my 12:15pm appointment because I was late by 10 minutes and the doctor was fully booked. Normally if I was making a doctor wait or inconvenienced, I would completely understand. However, the 12:00pm patient was sitting next to me and he still had not been seen yet at 12:25pm despite him coming in at 11:30am for his appointment so me being 10 minutes late wouldn’t impact their schedule. Bad customer service and you just lost a family of 4 who will be living in this area for years and need services. My money will be going elsewhere.

Wife and I had appointments for 12:15 and 12:30. We got there late around 12:26. Lady in the front told us we were too late and couldn’t be seen. That’s understandable. At least one of us would still be seen.While sitting, the guy next to us mentioned his appointment was for 12:00 pm and he’d been waiting since 11:30 for his appointment. So, they are already running behind by at least 30 minutes.Frustrating that they could have mentioned that when we got in. I take responsibility for running 10 minutes late, so I would miss my appointment but then to make us wait 30+ minutes for our 12:30 appointment? No thank you.

The older gentleman eye doctor is very behind the times. I was there almost *two hours* because he took forever to decide my prescription and went back and forth on different strengths, which makes me wonder if my prescription is severely off or not. My husband went there a few months later and got a different doctor. She was efficient (10 minutes!), knowledgeable, and did many other tests that the gentleman doctor didn't even do, so I'm worried he missed things for my eyes that she may have caught. And I'm wondering if she could have given me the correct prescription, no questions asked. I feel very robbed of the feeling of complete accuracy and the time I could have gotten back. My eyes are pretty bad, so I hope nothing goes wrong with this prescription overtime. The girls at the front are wonderful, though! Two stars because of them.

Doctor Rimsha was great in helping understand what is going on with my eyes health and understanding what lenses work best for my needs.The employee TJ that works the front desk was great in helping find glasses that would look good on me and fit me best. Unfortunately felt bad for her for being understaffed and trying to manage several customers at once. But she always kept a cold head dealing with them

Slowest staff ever! All of the staff working here takes forever to do simple work and they keep the customer waiting forever and keep chitchatting. If you value your time, don't go to this location. Hate it extremely

I had an appointment at 3:30 and sat there for an hour. Someone who had an appointment at 3:45 was called for an eye exam before I was. I asked two opticians why this person went before me, they said they did not know the reason why. The manager, Darlana Adams, claimed she called my name 3 times before she went on to the next person. The store is pretty small, I definitely would’ve heard if she called my name. Even the other opticians were confused as to why she skipped over me. I was watching her the whole time, just incase she was ready for me. She never called my name. So after sitting there for an hour and being skipped over and lied to, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience at this store and no resolution from attempting to resolve through their 800 number. I had an appointment, the Optometrist and the woman handling the pre-check were very nice. The person at the front-desk was not. After the optometrist finishes with you, I was not provided any instructions on what happened next and unlike every other visit I have ever had to an optometrist, She did not review my prescription. I was standing next to the front desk and the woman did not make eye contact and took the next person walking through the door. When I asked her, she told me I was 3rd in line after another person walked in. The store had been empty when I finished with the optometrist. She continued to have extremely bad body language and I became agitated and told them I would come back when they were not busy. She insisted that I pay the co-pay, so I waited 15 minutes and she finally gave me the bill and the prescription. The prescription was not correct, I have worn reading glasses for 20 years and new it was not right, but the optometrist was now in with another patient and unavailable. I left and called the 800 number, I was assured that a manager would contact me in 24 - 48 hours, but no call back. I was given the same runaround on the 800 number the second time I called. BTW, it takes between 15 minutes and 30 minutes for your call to be answered. So now I'm out $20.00 in co-pay and have used up my insurance for shoddy service. Please go somewhere else if you can, this is a corporate entity with great marketing, but terrible customer service.

I had an emergency where my son has his contact stuck in his eye. We did not get the contacts from Visionworks but they were open later than my son's doctor so I called them frantic to please help. The office staff was so kind and told me to come in. The doctor went above and beyond and stayed late to help out my son and did get the contact out of his eye. All of this and we were not even patients. I will be moving our scripts over to this location from the superior care I received at such a stressful time. The office is also beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend this location. Dr. C and Darlana were absolutely amazing and saved our evening.

Got my glasses here. Optical Supervisor Glowinski did great job helping out and accommodating even it went past the store closing time.
