The pharmacy at this Walgreens in novi is amazing! The staff is so kind each and everyone of them. They work hard to fill my prescriptions in a timely fashion with a smile in their face every time!! I drive by other pharmacies to come to this Walgreens they are fantastic

It’s very odd actually how rude they are usually pharmacies are pretty friendly and overall easy to deal with and for some reason this one is not I literally give them no reason to be rude or give an attitude just simply giving a quick call to get the status of my out of stock medication’s And for some reason, that’s irritating to them I guess. I give no altitude at all. I just simply call to inquire about an ETA on when medication should be back in stock so I really don’t get what the attitude is about. I’m gonna call my doctor and have my stuff switched over immediately

I am so thankful to the staff at the 10 and Novi Walgreens. After two of the Walgreens in my area failed to fulfill an urgent photo project, this one stepped up big time. They saved the day by getting it done quickly and perfectly. Not only that, this location is clean, competent, and professional. All three things lacking at three locations closer to me. Thank you to the manager and staff for being fantastic. You genuinely made my day.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with in all my years. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for over 30 years. The staff is rude. They are constantly making mistakes with my medication some detrimental to my health! There are also very few people that speaking English do not come to this Walgreens if you value your health

After Riteaid closed, I changed my pharmacy to Walgreens. They have been so helpful, including special ordering a manufacturer that I need to filling the prescriptions in a timely manner. The staff has always been courteous and professional and they all seem to enjoy working there……and my prescriptions are less expensive. A win,win!

Tried to call the pharmacy at 3:30 on December 7th. On hold for more than 35 minutes and still no one will answer the phone. Tried to call from another phone to talk to the manager. No answer. Very sad when I need my pharmacist to talk to me about my prescriptions

I went to 3 different drug stores to try and get a passport photo for my 1 year old daughter. The others turned me away saying it was too difficult. The men working your photo kiosk were so kind and helpful and worked with me to get a great passport photo. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

*WORSE PHARMACY AND PERSONAL EVER*
This is about the pharmacy and not the store itself. The pharmacy failed miserably to refill my requested medication which is for epilepsy and therefor very critical. I requested as usual through the app and it was there. At the time of supposed pick up it was gone and they said they don't have it and started it again. They said I should have gotten a text message which I didn't but again they should get their things right. I should not have to chase them down. When I asked how I survive the weekend without medication they just said "Sorry we can't help you". Very disappointing. No support or any help. On Saturday I realized I didn't got a text message as they said a day before so I called and a different lady said now I need a prior authorization. She also said they faxed it to the doctor 3 times. When asking her why they didn't call me, she said well we didn't know it didn't come through. That is sooo wrong. If you fax 3 times you clearly didn't get a response and it is their responsibility to contact the patient. She didnt say anything to beside "I apologize" - do they even know for what? Or did this become a standard phrase!? I did ask her too what I can do being out of medication but again no help. They apologized a 100 times but didn't provide help, guidance or anything. They messed it up now 2 times within 2 days. And that's not the first time. So it took them another few days to get the medication because they couldn't place the order before getting the authorization what didn't happen till Monday.
I was a client for 8 years here and I saw it declined more and more over the years. Constant change of staff and employees. Less trained and knowledgeable just a hand full.
The only great person I know of there is Wati. If it wasn't her I would have left long ago. She is awesome.
Now I switched since it has impact on my health and I can't tolerate that.
I do not recommend them at all.
