This Walmart deserves zero stars out of five. But I cannot do that so they're getting a one. I have an interview here once and it was the worst interview ever. They don't know what they're doing. They have no clue. So they show close this on up.

I was just there an hour ago. I went to return a big toy looks like a bounce house but it's not; more of a flat basketball game. My mom bought it for my son thinking it was a bounce house. I went to return it. The stickers are on it, Walmart all over. It has the shipping label to my house. I explained I don't have a receipt but would just like to exchange it for a bounce house. The cashier Royalti contacted the head manager Jordan. Let me tell you. This was the most terrifying experience of my life. Jordan said he won't return it because it's over 50$ and Walmart policy says he can't return a high amount without a receipt. I asked him if he can you show me this policy? He said you need to leave the store. I said I'm asking for policy. He said I will call the cops on you. I pulled out my phone and recorded him, he asked his manager Noelle to call the cops. I didn't say one vulgar word. I didn't raise my voice all I asked is for a policy that says anything over 50$ can't be returned without a receipt. My 2 boys were terrified. I looked at them and said don't worry I'm leaving. I left the store my kids were crying asking what I did wrong to be called the police on. After, I got in the car and told them I didn't do anything wrong my 8 year old said then why did you leave. He was right. I went back in, told Noelle go ahead call the cops and call Jordan too. They can pull up footage and see I was nothing but nice and respectful just asking for an explanation. Jordan came, I explained I'm a social worker and he can't threaten police in front of kids and that he terrified my boys. He saw the fear in their eyes. I explained I'm not a bad person and this is the first time I ever go through something like this. He was on his phone trying to pull up the policy but obviously didn't find it. The best he got was manager discretion. I said you guys had my ID and you can tell if I return often, I've probably returned once from Walmart in my lifetime. He said it's his store policy and he wants to be consistent with it. Nothing in writing. Just terrible. I'm beside myself. I spent the whole way home explaining to my boys that we will go to a better managed Walmart and get you a bounce house. I regret leaving my house today. I'm torn. To threaten a mom to call the police in front of her kids because she's trying to get an explanation is just wrong.

No. Just no. Why do I even bother?Well, I do bother because I have a prepaid debit card from them. If you go there in person and pull up a barcode you can put money on it for free. No fees at all. And NOBODY has a freaking clue how to do this. I have been asked to come back at a later time/date, go to another Walmart or even pay the fees. I finally did go to another Walmart, who figured it out and told me what they have to do so I can tell other Walmart stores I'd necessary. The woman helping me this time kept giving up trying to deposit the money on the card. I would not take no for an answer and finally she got it right. The positive side - her mask stayed on, covering her mouth and nose the entire time.

This Walmart is literally the worst I've ever been to in my entire life. They staff just doesn't care, it's never stocked the app will say they have items then you get there to find out it's not on the shelf, you ask an associate for help and back to my first point that they don't care. The product that is out on the shelf is never in the correct place, so you take it up the the register and get shocked when the price is higher, then back to my original statement that the staff doesn't care so they refuse to price match for their mistake. I hate going here, I have started going to the one in Commerce because at least they stick product and generally tend to put it in the correct place...
