Referred to Weinstein for a custom piece of jewelry, Meredith was very knowledgeable in jewelry repair, design and pricing. Gary, stayed in communication throughout the design process providing status updates, ensuring my custom piece was designed to my specifications. I could not be more pleased with the final product! Weinstein Jewelers of Novi is one of the rare stores that still has a bench jeweler on the premises, You don’t have to worry about time delays with shipping for third party repair. The store exceeded my expectations I will definitely continue to utilize their service in the future.

I needed repair on my engagement ring purchased over 30 years ago. The entire staff at Weinstein Jewelers of Novi was so helpful. The ring had to be cut off, re-sized and the diamond re-set. The finished product is absolutely beautiful!

My original stop a couple weeks ago was to repair my favorite watch. That repair was done & decided to go back to have a pair of earrings acquire a different look. Sunny & Linda have been very helpful in getting my wish accomplished. Mr Weinstein is also very helpful, knowledgeable & extended personal messages to inform me of the progress on my watch & earrings. Very happy I stopped in! My treasures are also important to this family jeweler & his staff!
