Waited at the register today for several minutes while the "employees" we're messing around on their cell phones paying no attention to anyone. I left my intended purchases at the register and left the lazy store. Why have stores if you're not going to attend to them,

What a great selection of items available at this store. They gift wrapped my presents in boxes to make it easy to put under the tree. Beautiful holiday themed items were on display. I will be a return customer at this store or any Williams-Sonoma store.

This location is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We bought a coffee maker that malfunctioned and Alexa went above and beyond to help us. She was willing to give us options and came up with a solution to make it right. I’ll definitely be coming back :)

I absolutely love Williams-Sonoma. The options and selections are great for new cooks and seasoned chefs alike. Take your time looking around and you are certain to find something to make the cooking, baking or barista experience more enjoyable.

This location recently opened and a sign near the door says they're short staffed, so bring your patience. The line went outside the door, and there was no one taking orders, just a kiosk. This did not bother me, but some may not like it. After a short wait to place my order, the cookies came out quickly. They looked fantastic and were still warm when I got home. I look forward to returning to try more flavors!

Great associates but their sale signage is by the wrong products all over the foods section. Not a big deal but it makes for an awkward situation.

I went there specifically for their hot chocolate. It's expensive but worth it. I can't remember who waited on us but she have my granddaughter some peppermint sticks. That was very nice of her.

Really bad customer service. The older women working there look down on everyone that comes in and dont feel the need to help younger customers. Stood in the back adjusting a place setting with their backs turned to the customers in front. Completely unfriendly, nose-up, no need to help anyone staff. Went to Crate and Barrel and got SIGNIFICANTLY better service. Will not go back to this WS location.

I registered here for my wedding and they were incredibly helpful. Even months later when I had to return or exchange things. Love this store, and even though it’s on the smaller side in this mall the staff are great

It's a shame when employees don't greet or assist you when you are trying to be a paying customer. Not sure if it was because we were younger or dressed more casually. Went to buy a Le Creuset but stood inside for a solid 15/20 minutes looking and discussing and an employee never came over. We were the only customers in the store. Tried to make eye contact with an employee but we were dutifully ignored. That's fine - went to Crate and Barrel and spent my money there instead.

Orders randomly get cancelled because employees don't input correct info after I received the confirmation email!
