Jason!! Hellva guy kind professional. Legit can’t say anything bad about how they treated me. From me calling them to Jason coming out was probably the best thing that could’ve happened out of my shitty situation. Also side note if you have a high end car use them. Had the crooked Sheriff's in Ottawa County tow my car after I was rearended on Lake Michigan Drive and this tow service came and retrieved my vehicle. Central Towing is a very honest/professional and reputable company! They actually allowed me to not only get all of my personal effects out of the vehicle, but when I couldn't fit everything in one load into another vehicle allowed me to come back and retrieve all of my personal belongings. Outstanding service and reasonably priced!!!!

So this is an interesting review. My family were eating Pronto Pups in the parking lot with my 2 year old who loves tow trucks. The driver Kevin saw us and immediately asked if my kid wanted to honk the horn. It was incredibly kind. I don’t have any need for a tow truck company but if/when I do I know who I will be calling. Thanks Kevin for making my kids day.

My husband and son were stranded on the very edge of the highway in a dangerous situation when their rear differential went out on our truck . I called Central Towing and she was fast and friendly and helpful. She said that there was a driver near them and got them help right away! I was shocked at the price when she told me what it would be. It was way less than the $250 quotes that my son was getting from other companies. And when they brought our truck home they ran my card and it was even cheaper!!! We will always call them when we need a tow. Top notch service and unbeatable prices!!! I am so impressed with them!

Tow truck driver had very little experience obviously. He had to back my vehicle up to his tow truck first of all, second he messed up the lights immediately causing passenger side head light and passenger side tail light to go out. Had to put magnetic lights on after he couldn't get the seat belt to hook to the steering wheel. Dude estimated $400.00 just to tow it 15 miles to their back woods, hill rat infested, impound field. The mean old lady that answered the phone, more than likely proud owner of said tow truck/impound field of Broken Dreams-was extremely rude from our first conversation. This company is in Ottawa Countopay check in Grace's. They, Ottawa County Sheriff Department, impound your vehicle for what ever traffic violation they deem impoundable(even if you have bill of sale proving you just bought it)Officer calls which ever tow company THEY chooseThis place immediately treats you like a burden and charges top dollar for their poor excuse for service. $400.00 to hook up and fifty dollars a day for storage. They also immediately file for abandoned title so they can auction your vehicle for peanuts to its value. Your personal contents becomes whoever has dibs unless you pay an outrageous fee and sign off the title to your vehicle you cant even get your vap pen out of the glove box. They enforced out of reach out of pocket costs, and their enforcement is the Ottawa County Police Department! Police officer didn’t care to even look at the bill of sale proving the vehicle was JUST purchased These people are unprofessional and over priced by far for a TOTAL LACK of better words: REAR VIEW REVIEW! LEGAL THEFT THATS 100% effective by impounding your whip using the most expensive tow company to jail your wheels@ $50 a day for awhile you review the stipulations on getting the county to release the vehicle to you for $50 more! Plus hook up to truck fees equals $500.00 first day & on second day $560.00- This Police officer knew this and is probably who purchased my 2009, Series 3, 325 BMW For a whole $500.00 on the members only, Ottawa County Abandoned Vehicle Auction!! Meh!,,,

Great company. Got myself in bind in the bad weather today and with in an hour of the call Mason was here to save the day. Got my truck out and back home in no time.
