Brett, Mike, Kwon, Carston, Brandon and Shakar did an awesome job moving us from the east side of Michigan to the West side. They were polite, careful, skilled, strong, smart and efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone!!! Thank you for everything Jen and Craig

My second moving experience with 2 Men & a Truck was overall good. The movers were kind, professional, and showed concern for my preferences with things like placement of furniture at destination.
However, there are 2 reasons I cannot give this company 5 stars and would give serious thought before recommending them to a loved one or using them again.
1. My move date was abruptly delayed and moved off the scheduled date that had been scheduled for weeks. I received, probably, 5 reminder calls and texts about my scheduled move and then on the day; the movers, who were supposed to show up between 8:00-9:00am, arrived at 9:45am and then got their truck stuck in the snow in the street and then told me they were just going to push the move back a day later because they had too many of their staff not show up for work. I do understand things happen that are out of the company’s control but when things like this happen, the business should do ‘something’ for service recovery to make the customer happy. No acknowledgment or act to make it right was done and that is simply not good customer service.
2. Price point is far too high for the length of time the service took.

Jalen H. & Freddy H. - outstanding service! These two young men packed and moved our 4 bedroom home seamlessly and quickly. They were courteous and respectful for our belongings throughout the entire process. Look forward to working with them again!

DQ and David explained everything to Us first thing, then got right to work. They were very professional and efficient. They took good care of Our belongings and had the entire job done in no time. We were Very pleased and will use Two Men and a Truck again.

Mike and Marquise moved a piano from a house down the street into our house. Fast, efficient, clean and in place with no damage.

Idk if its this branch but two men and a truck john , Kate and company are harassing me and tried to steal my money thankfully my bank protected me from the fraud, 6 months ago they moved a few of my things they took there sweet time getting there cuz ya know they charge by time and you pay for there drive back lol which makes no sense its dumb how do i know they didnt stop at taco bell on the way home, because my bill was a bit higher than i thought it would be honestly for just a few big items like mattress and desk, they did okay with the move but youd expect that since there a moving company
Never heard another word about it checked my bank app was charged, done… now since they have new management that has no records from previous management which makes what sense? there accusing me of not paying…6 months later and already tried to use my old bank information to steal my money without my consent, since that didnt work there begging me for 370$ pathetic losers

We had 2 Men and a truck move our piano from our garage up 8 steps and the did fine. In and out in 30 minutes.
