John Taylor provided me with some of the best customer service that I have ever had. He showed several different storage units so that I could pick out the perfect one for me. It's always clean there too. Thank you! I love my storage unit.

I've only had the storage unit for a few weeks, but it checked a lot of boxes for me. The staff was very helpful. The tour wasn't rushed. The facility is super clean. It's a little aggravating to enter my code every single time I enter the door, but I understand the security reasons.

The manager, John, gave me the BEST customer service I have ever received. I was SO stressed out about ensuring I could book a storage unit the same day and access it past the office hours of 6 pm. I called John multiple times with questions I had, and his patience for someone as stressed as I was, was AMAZING. It’s been so long since I have received this level of compassion and patience as a customer. The facility is clean, and I feel it’s well-protected with two measures of security. Definitely recommend.

It's near enough to my house to be convenient, the unit is inside a building, & the price is reasonable (ish) tho the rates have been going up & they added an insurance requirement which, if you don't have homeowners insurance that covers it, means they'll tack on an insurance fee to your monthly payment. It'll do till I can figure out how to dispose of everything.

I had an outside unit that was very convenient to access. The unit was very spacious and I got a free lock when I first showed up. There’s two holes on the latch, so you’re able to put two separate locks if you want. They also have FREE ice cream and water bottles in the lobby! On my last day of clearing out my unit, I needed a couple of tools to assemble a furniture dolly and the employee behind the desk was able to lend me the tools they had on hand. I’d recommend this storage facility for sure.

Well, I was pretty happy with this place, it's clean and everything works on site. However, apparently the absolute only way you can change your mailing address is to come in. Not by phone, not by email not by the almost useless portal. So if you were planning to store stuff for a move out of state, which so many people do, I'd avoid this place I'd avoid this place and find something with more modern methods.
