This experience has been very difficult. I would not recommend this location to anyone until they a professional manager to manage this establishment. I have been harassed, followed and I had to contact Oak Park police because of Juan's behavior. He behaves like a predator ladies be careful and keep your distance.

Facility is clean and presentation is accommodating, but horrible customer service if duration is prolonged with the main front desk employer! Definitely needs an update of an a younger vibrant business person that can adapt to all people!

This has been a perfect place for my household of items.....very clean and very secure.....great access.....Juan is the best attendant and they even have free ice cream...coffee or water....they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met.....I highly recommend!!!!!!
