I brought my new Honda Accord in for repairs to a front fender. Lars was so very kind in dealing with me, being quite upset with the damage to my car. He was patient and listened to my concerns. He provided very clear and specific information regarding the damage, timeline for repair, and the insurance process. My car was finished within that time frame, looking as good as new! If you are researching a collision place to bring your car, I highly recommend Autobahn Collision. The service there is exceptional!

I called to get a repair estimate for my '03 ES300 Lexus. I asked if Autobahn provided free estimates. I needed to establish how much it would cost to repair my car for my small claims case. The man who answered the phone asked me why I would ask if they provide free estimates and my question showed my "intentions" and Autobahn "doesn't want their name all over any paperwork involving a court case". How stupid! I told him some shops state they give free estimates and some do not and I wanted to know before I arrived at their shop. My intention for calling Autobahn for an estimate, "free" or otherwise is because an uninsured driver hit my legally parked car, I have liability insurance because it is an older car and the only redress is to go to court. Anyone patronizing this business would want and would be provided an estimate before paying for services. Who wants to be greeted with this unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation?
Google says this business has been in operation for 25+ years. In that time, it is reasonable to believe someone has asked Autobahn if they give free estimates and they have written estimates for individuals seeking to recoup monetary loss in small claims court. With the number of uninsured drivers on the road, customers often have to pay out of pocket for damages. Some customers first, pay out of pocket for repairs and then go to court to recoup their monetary loss or sue for damages in court and then repair their car. In either instance, they need an estimate to establish damages to be made whole. Estimates are not only for insurance claims.
Whatever reason one may have for requesting an estimate why wouldn't you provide one? Why interact with potential customers like a jackass? Management, if you're reading this review make sure whoever answers your phone or interacts face-to-face with your customers is not an offensive idiot! If I was speaking to a manager, thank you for directing me to your competition. ??
