I visited this Auto Zone 4365 on Greenfield and 9 mile on a Saturday 6/15 after work the store had a long line so I got in line too I then realized the clerk named Electa was servicing us alone in the store. Her professional care for us was beautiful she kept a smile spoke with compassionate patients while processing customers request and frustrations because she was to only help we had in the store. She showed us she was committed to providing exceptional excellent service at a stressful time I told her the way she carried herself and us make me want to come shop here every time she's working. God Bless her heart and life

She’s on a personal phone conversation cussing and being unprofessional while helping me. I’ve literally been here for an hour just to get a new battery. And I’m writing this while I’m still in here so they still haven’t finished helping me. This woman is suppose to be the manager. This is disgusting behavior. The two male employees were great though. Very appreciative of their help

I recently had a flat tire mishap, however, I was right around the corner from this Autozone. Lorenzo went above and beyond to assist me with my flat tire, and also selecting a portable tire inflator to keep for the future. Lorenzo was an angel when I needed it. His kindness and patience was unmatched and was sincerely appreciated. Thank you so much.
