“just bought a new rebuilt dell computer. i described to craig what i wanted and he had everything i needed. he was helpful in saving me money transferring data as he came up with a solution that didn't cost anything as opposed to a $150 upgrade. he made all the transferring seemless. all i had to do was plug it in, put in the passwords and it was good to go. i would recommend computer outlet to anyone looking to save money by getting a rebuilt machine as opposed to a new one. i have bought 5 or 6 computers here and am never disappointed abe”

“I visited this Best Buy to buy a phone. When I got to the phone section, 3 employees were having a conversation and I had to wait several minutes for their conversation to end before one came over to help me. After the wait, the guy that helped me was polite, and helpful. The wait was unfortunate, but all in all, this visit was a positive experience. The location was nice, the store was well stocked and clean, despite the snow, and I would shop here again.”
