“I had a gaming laptop that was gifted to me but kept crashing and could never figure out what was wrong with it. Well let me tell you - I took it to Neva and she figured it out in 10 minutes. She told me exact what the issue was, showed me exactly where the errors were coming from, here’s how you fix it. This stuffs too easy for her. Paid her a very fair price and I was on my way. Great local shop with a knowledgeable owner.

“so I went there to buy a laptop for college and I knew nothing about it. The staff named Omar helped me a lot and the way he helped me was like he was buying for himself. I really enjoyed the conversation and the help I got and it took me over 1 hour to find the best one for me with his help. He definitely deserves a raise same goes to his co-workers where they helped me alot too. Highly recommend this place as they help and guide you through it.”

“The place where I have usually gone for issues w/my laptop, a couple minutes down the street from my home, closed, and T&T is also pretty close to my home. They were very friendly and helpful, and I’m glad I found them. They explained the likely cause of my issue and I felt no hesitation about leaving my laptop with them for what needed to be done. I will recommend them to others.”

They are awesome guys, veeeery patient, they listen well and don't mind changes and they don't force their opinions.They were more affordable than anywhere else. They have been in business over 40 years according to the owner. Not that many businesses can do that.”

“I’ve visited the store a few times but never really spent much time there until recently. I had a great experience at the Genius Bar. The rep, Bryan, was very helpful with the issues I was having with my 15 Pro.
He was informative, honest, and helpful throughout. At no point did I feel any overly pushy solutions. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to resolve the issue since the phone is out of warranty, but it clarified things and now I have some options to consider. I’ll most likely be back later to get a new phone once I’ve sorted things out.”
