I've been to a few nail places, but by far this one is my favorite! I waited a little while to make this so I could give an honest review (from initial manicure to removal). I'll let the photos speak for the quality of the paint jobs ✨
I decided to try them out in June for a manicure. I walked in and a tech named Henry worked with me. He was quick and precise. I picked out a bright purple.
The next week I went in for a pedicure. I won't show pictures but a technician named Cindy did an awesome job and they still look very pretty.
My flat color manicure lasted a good 3 weeks before they started chipping. So I went in today to get a re-polish. I forgot to ask for the tech's name, but he worked at booth #3. I picked a green color this time and I love the results!
Forgive me for writing a book, but I wanted to help you guys make an informed decision. The initial manicure was 35$, the pedicure was 45$, and the removal+polish was 25$. I think these are very reasonable for the quality of service you get. The booths are clean, and the technicians were sweet. If you get a chance, please check out this salon!

I love getting my nails done here! This place is very clean and sterilizes their tools. I usually get my nails done by jimmy and they always look beautiful. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I always recommend them when someone ask where I get my nails done.

I had the best experience today at diamonds nails. Jimmy always does an amazing job with the best designs. I didn’t know what color I wanted and he came up with this beautiful set!! I will always get my nails done here🤍

Jimmy always does an amazing job on my nails! I tell him what I want and he does exactly that. He knows how to freestyle designs too and is super creative. Cindy is so sweet and amazing as well. I go to her for my pedicures! She takes her time and makes sure your toes and feet are looking flawless! I’ve been coming here for years!

I have been going to this nail shop for at least 10 yrs. The people in here use to be great now they walk around hollering at other employees for giving good customer service or if they are taking to long. The guy I use to go to just up and walked out I see why now because they are very rude and nasty especially Lin. Don’t let a man come in and Tina will forget all about you. They have lost me and my money.

Got my nails done yesterday, asking for short stiletto nails. Tina did my nails for me and she seemed a bit annoyed by my requests when i would ask for her to do small fixes, and my nails still didnt end up being the shape that i wanted, being almond instead of stiletto, and one of them crooked. But from asking a couple of times she seemed peeved so at that point i just wanted to leave.
She also nicked me pretty good on two of my fingers by my cuticles, and i ended up having to grab liquid bandage for them to stop bleeding.
My nails are pretty, she did a decent job but she just wasnt the friendliest and wasn’t compliant to what i was asking for.
Unfortunately I dont think i will be back.

Title: Disappointing Experience
As a former loyal customer, I feel compelled to share my recent encounter at this establishment. Unfortunately, it left me deeply disappointed.
I patiently waited for over an hour without any explanation. To my surprise, several other patrons were serviced before me, and I felt overlooked. Transparency about wait times is crucial for managing customer expectations.
The lack of communication and the extended wait time reflect poorly on the business. As someone who values efficient service, I believe this falls far short of acceptable standards.
Diamond Nails Inc needs to address these issues promptly. Clear communication and better wait time management are essential for retaining loyal customers.
I hope this feedback contributes to positive changes within your organization.

Service quality can be inconsistent here. Normally, I prefer Diane for my pedicures, but today she was unavailable, and I was assisted by another staff member. Unfortunately, during the session, the technician appeared to nod off to sleep multiple times while servicing me, which made for a bizarre experience. I won't be returning after this.

The lady I had had a hard time following what I wanted. I asked for a Squoval shape on my pedicure and she gave me an full oval shape. Asked for a design and the lines on the design were so thick. I wanted eyebrows as well, but seeing how things were done, I couldn't trust her with my face. Not sure I'll come back here.
