A driver named aaron who intentionally put my package infront of a different property, took a picture and reported that it was delivered to my house when it wasn't, and the picture clearly shows it isn't a house but a sidewalk lol arron are you trying to steal my package?

Hours state open until 7pm, if you go to pick up a package note that option closes at 5pm. Interested to see what happens to my package as I work until 5pm 6 days a week.

Package was delayed twice. Never attempted delivery and told me I would have to pick it up. Said one thing on the phone and did another. I can’t express enough how terrible this fed ex is.

This is a message to other people who have written reviews. I've seen several people write reviews stating the poor delivery service from this FedEx location. This is FedEx office at 10/Greenfield which does not deliver packages. The FedEx Terminal is at 8/Greenfield. Peoples jobs are affected by poor reviews. Your concerns are totally valid, but you need to address the right location.

Liz the store manager is amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. However, FedEx seriously needs to provide her with more support during the busy morning hours. She’s often left alone, juggling both the shipping counter and the printing side, which is unfair to her and frustrating for customers. Liz deserves 5 stars for her outstanding service, but I’m giving 1 star to FedEx for not properly staffing and supporting her.

Liz is a rockstar. I came in right at 9 am Monday morning and she was hustling through the store serving three customers at once. All with a positive attitude. FedEx is lucky to have an employee/leader like this.

If I could give FedEx a rating it would be zero Stars. This place is absolutely horrible for delivering stuff. I had a package delivered to the house which I wasn't home on Friday they would not leave it because it says and it's a signature. So they sent it back to a location that's very far for me and tell me I have to go pick it up there. Then I told him I needed somewhere closer to my house and guy said they can't change the address. Then I talked to somebody else then they say that'll be available today which is a Monday and still it's not at the location.. this place is horrible for delivering packages and trying to find out where the package is and trying to get my package. And when you call customer service all they are is people from another country that you sometimes can't even understand every word they're saying

This is the WORST FEDEX location in the WORLD! Every time I order a big item, it's delivered through this horrible location. Each time... they deliver my items to the wrong house. They also lose items (steal items). How is this place still in business???

been reminding myself all week to make sure I wrote this review. I spoke to someone named Shawn last Saturday, I was desperate for a same day 18x24 poster for an event after Office Depot down the street canceled on me. This store was unable to fulfill the order but Shawn helped me call every other store ? and I was able to find a store 20 minutes away to help me. I was grateful for Shawn’s patience and commitment to helping me get this printed. Most of the other shops didn’t even care and were treating me horribly for needing a last minute print. I know print shops are busy and I was put into this bind because of another printing shop but thanks to Shawn I was able to remain calm and get my print that day. Thank you!
