FED EX IS GARBAGE. THEY HAVE LOST MY PACKAGE FOR THE 5TH TIME NOW. THIA IS THE 5TH PACKAGE THAT I HAD SHIPPED WITH FED EX COMING TOY HOUSE AND THEY HAVE LOST MY PACKAGE AND DONT KNOW WHERE ITS AT.... IM NOT HAPOY ABOUT IT. FEDEX OS NOTHING BUT GARBAGE THEN ALSO LIE TO YOU ALL THE TIME. MY PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED BY THE 17TH WHICH IS WEDNESDAY AND IT WASNT DELIVERED AT ALL. THEY KEPT MY PACKAGE. AND NOW LOST IT. THEY DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS AND WHAT HAPPENED TO IT.. THE TRACKING SAYS ITS BEEN SITTING IN CHAMPAIGN ILLINOIS SENSE THE 17TH AND HAS SAID ITS OK ITS WAY BUT HAS NEVER LEFT THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE LOSTY PACKAGE I HAVE CALLED FED EX 6 TIMES TODAY DEC. 20TH... IT HAS NEVER LEFT THAT PLACE. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE TRACKING INFO THAT I WILL BE ADDING TO THIS TO SHOW PROOF OF IT.

This was the worst experience ive ever had with a very simple delivery. They came to my house multiple times to drop off my package, at times when I wasnt home to sign for it, so they took ot back. I then called to jave it held at a different store location closer to me so I could just pick it up. The store closest to me refused it?? Not one time but 3 times!! During which i called several times to have them re deliver to my home at a time when I will actually be there to receive it. Got told multiple time they would take care of it no problem! Again my package was sent to the location thay refused it once again!! And then when I called to have it once again corrected, that night it was returned to sender!!! This was aweful!! I spoke with a manager after all of this to complain and she told me the only way to schedule a specific time for delivery was through the website or app....not one representative told me that!! I spoke to several people...ill never use their services again. This was my son's legit only xmas gift because it was a big one and cost a good amount of money. This was a terrible experience.

I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR
I have lived in this area for just one month, and every single package sent through this location has been delivered to the wrong address. I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, but repeated delivery errors are unacceptable.
After reviewing other customer feedback, it’s clear this is an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident. This location’s consistent failure to deliver packages correctly reflects poorly on FedEx as a whole. If FedEx values its reputation and customer trust, serious action needs to be taken at this facility. I will be filing a complaint/report to HQ regarding this location and if HQ doesn't take action, I'll be filing a complaint with BBB

One of your delivery drivers from this Oak Park location actually stole my shoes.. said they were delivered, I immediately went to the door, no truck, no package and took a sketchy looking picture of my box to show that it was delivered. Lesson learned! I’ll NEVER order anything else that has to be shipped via FedEx!

Did not even attempt a delivery and already said they failed at delivering because I was not home after delaying multiple days. I WORK FROM HOME.Would be amazing if this location's drivers wanted to do their job and drive but I guess not.

I go to this FedEx I like the guy that works there he had a stroke 💔 last year 👑🙏. Buddy bounce back strong 💪. And he's very helpful 💝👑✅

I absolutely hate FedEx, whenever I see a shipper use FedEx I instantly regret my purchase. It's almost a 85% chance I won't receive my package.

For the past 3 years, I have tried to get This FedEx of Oak Park to correct their GPS location for my home. Because they keep delivering my packages to the house next door to my home. The house has no address visible. But my home has my address plate above my front entry and on the curb of my home. No matter what I have done to correct this, they keep delivering my packages to the home without a visible address.

Absolutely the worst shipping center I have ever used. Trust the prior reviews. I have never felt the need to review a shipping center. This one is so unorganized and has had my package for over 10 days now. This is ridiculous.

There is always an issue with deliveries from this FedEx facility when packages are shipped from Nike or Footlocker. Today I has a package that was supposed to arrive instead the driver (Davon) i guess they don’t know we can see their name and said he “attempted to deliver “ when the cameras show he never arrived to the building at all!
This is the 3rd time someone has been on some bs at this facility so I will be contacting the news and a lawyer!!!

-0/10! This store will definitely be closed soon, this cannot go on. Packages come up missing every single day. I work for a major company, for confidentiality purposes I will not disclose the name of this company. But, we ship through Fedex and THIS location is the only issue every year during Apple releases, If i have to escalate this I surely will because I have had enough.
