I ordered a pair of Nike they were delivered to the store. I picked them up with no problems. The staff was courteous and I recieved my shoes in a timely manner. Thank you ?

I came here to shop for shoes and they service sucks! There was 6 people working and no one said anything to me or my family,not to nention there only 1 other customer in the store.

I love this footlocker. I recently tried this one to find a pair of shoes which they ended up having in stock because no other stores had them. I’ve been back twice already and plan to make it more. The staff are great and welcoming. The store is clean and the parking lot is nice!

This review is about an employee there by the name of CHANTISE M. for her "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE"✨️ I'd been having some issues trying to order on line for about 3 days so had came into the store.I was then told that the bar code for the item wasn't available in store for some reason,it had to be purchased on line. Frustrated I went back to the store the next day where as soon as I walked in Chantise M. said hello may I help you? I explained what had happened and she said hold on let me see what I can do.She went into the computer and then said to me ma'am I found the bar code that you need.I was so excited because these were shoes for my son,that I needed to get before they sold out of his size for a certain up coming event.Chantise M. got the shoes ordered for me ,was polite,quick and about her business! Thank you againChantise M. ??

If this is the store in Oak Park the service was horrible. The cashier tried telling me i didn't have an flx account when i did when i showed her and asked her how to get the points i just missed from her "not being able to find my flx account" she was rude and couldn't help. Directed me to the manager I supposed who had an attitude ? and wanted to be argumentative. I'll never shop here again
