We love our built-in pieces from Furniture Profiles! Steven helped us design exactly what we wanted for both our family room and office. The customer service was excellent with a quick response to any questions we had. George did an amazing job building our cabinets. George and Christopher completed our install and paid attention to every detail. We highly recommend Furniture Profiles!

This review is long overdue! We had a media wall with storage and fireplace designed, built, and installed in November.I have never contracted work like this before, and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Steve, George, Chris, and the team at Furniture Profiles have a great operation with quality customer care. I had a couple of very detailed phone conversations with Steve before we scheduled the visit for him to come and design. At that meeting he covered every single detail for this project with perfection. I appreciated his attention to detail and great communication during the process.George and Chris are definitely masters of their craft- the wall unit is gorgeous! And very high-quality! The level of quality work they put into building these pieces is top-notch. We had the opportunity to meet with George and Chris during the process before the install. Seldom I’ve worked with someone who is doing the labor and is also a very good communicator. These guys really listen and deliver! The install was delayed because we were dragging our feet on making a decision on which fireplace to purchase. They were so patient with us! (Usually the customer is waiting on the contractor. This time it was the other way around lol!) The install went very smoothly. and very neat and organized, I might add! We are so pleased and satisfied with the whole experience. We have spent more time in our basement this winter than the previous 3 years we have lived here. It’s just so beautiful, inviting and cozy. Thanks guys!!

Steve’s design, George's workmanship, and Derek's attention to detail during the install was beyond my expectations! The entire team were great to work with. The idea in my head came to life thanks to their experience. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Steve and his team at Furniture Profiles do amazing work. I’ve hired them to do 3 projects at my home and I’ve been very happy with the results. We are so happy that we came across Furniture Profiles to design and build such a functional home office space! Steve was super responsive throughout the process and spent the time to listen to our wants/needs and designed exactly what we wanted (and then some) in the space available. Steve provided a drawing with exactly how it would look and when the install was complete, it turned out exactly like the drawing. Steve's design/drawing skills are impeccable as is his team (George/Chris) in building/installing the unit. The fit, finish and attention to detail are impeccable. George/Chris do not cut corners and treat your house like it is their own! Thank you again Furniture Profiles and I'll be using you for future projects!

We couldn’t be happier with our wall unit Steven designed. He asked what our needs were and designed it perfectly. Everyone was easy to work with and couldn’t be nicer. The installers, Derek and Shaun were professional and great guys. George made a special trip back with the keyboard drawer. Thank you. We would recommend them in a heart beat.

Met Steve at the Home Show and was very impressed with his designs. He came to the house to learn about our office style and needs for storage and electrical placements. He came back with a full architectural makeup of our room with the new desk/wall unit. He laid out the time frame and while it was slightly delayed, the piece was custom installed and made perfect to our room and office needs.

Steve and his team are class acts. The workmanship on our fireplace mantle and shelves is beautiful. I appreciated their attention to the little details. I also appreciated how they worked hard to get the finished mantle installed before our family event. They were great at staying in touch and giving us updates.
