Buyers beware!! This place is highly unprofessional, they don’t respond to emails, phone calls, or voice messages! I try to support Black businesses, but it’s reasons like this I’m always weary! I placed an order for edge control almost three weeks ago, and have yet to receive a tracking number let alone my package! The number that’s on the website when you call, they answer like it’s a personal cell phone “who is this” or “hello” no professional greeting or business introductions! **DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS****

Buyers beware!!! I purchased two products online. I have not received anything. It has been two months now. I have called and emailed, no response. I will be very careful when patronizing black owned businesses. It’s really sad that you can’t trust your own race. I opened a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

AMAZING hair stylists. Not downing that!! But I booked a same-day appt with one of the stylist for braids. I traveled an hour in a half to the salon. Halfway there, I texted the stylists asking her abouthair store nearby & she texted me back "hey I'm not gone make it in." And stopped replying to me. By far the worst experience ever. It was raining outside, it was 5pm traffic & I was well over 60 miles from my home.
