If you require your customers to wear a mask, the employees should also. FOLLOW UP TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: No need to do the backstroke here... Upon entry, the receptionist handed me a mask and said; "Can you please put a mask on?" I didn't interpret that as "Recommended". Also, the sign on the door did say "Required"

Customer service was rude and less than helpful. Was told an item would be here a certain day, call a day later and it hadn't even shipped yet. I would shop somewhere else.
