We've rented two storage units, both an indoor and an outdoor, here for the past three months. The facilities are well-maintained, and the process of opening, visiting, closing the units is straightforward. We've received great customer service both in person and over the phone. In addition to the packing materials, propane tanks, and chlorine you can purchase at the customer service counter, they offer unlimited free refrigerated bottled water and ice cream treats to storage unit holders whenever you stop by.
