I've only had a few experiences with this Kroger Pharmacy but they've been amazing compared to the experiences I've had at other big pharmacies in the area (Meijer, Walgreens, CVS, etc.)For one, super convenient location for our family. Kroger has a little bit of everything for groceries and personal care, so we can find everything we need in one trip. Two, the store and Pharmacy are very clean.Three, everyone I've interacted with has been super nice and helpful. Jeannie today went above and beyond to call other Kroger pharmacies for us to find our medicine when their Pharmacy was out of stock. Other pharmacies have not been willing to do this in the past and with our Dr's office being closed early today for the holiday, we really appreciated her going above and beyond. Thank you Jeannie!

Had a perscription called in and instead of filling it they just had it in the app as a refill. I called and checked what was going on and they asked a bunch of questions and said they would fill it. I realized 2 days later that I never received a notification that it was filled. I checked the app and now it is on hold until the end of the month with no notification.I went to the pharmacy to see if they could see if another store had it and was told I had to call and then get a new script called into that store. So I called rite aid and they have it stock so we will be going there from now on because I am just sick of the lack of communication from this pharmacy because it's not the first time something like this has happened.

If I could give you a zero with how you handle your patients, it would be a zero. I had to return multiple times because of your failure to notify me that my medication was unable to be filled. I followed the pharmacist's instructions to ask my physician to flex the medication to a lower dosage which they supposedly had available so I could get it filled. This pharmacist had no care nor ability to deescalate or assist with the situation. I returned the next day after following her instructions then they tell me that that was also unavailable. I was understandably upset as they told me to return the next day to speak with the pharmacist and the manager. How many times do I have to return and take time out of my day to fill a script that I need in able for me to lead a normal life? Or how many times do I have to accomodate their incompetence and complete lack of care for their patients? Don't bother trying to reason with them because they will yell right back at you. If you need a respectful, caring, and reliable pharmacy, this is not the place to go.Just don't work in healthcare if you have no ability to empathize with your patients. Your employees are extremely uncaring and rude.

As of today 6/19/2023 The reviews are the same. No customer service and employees should be replaced. I don’t care that your not using the DROP-OFF SIGN! When a customer approaches your establishment/counter human communication is in place and words should be exchanged such as “hello I’ll be right with you” however these human beings don’t understand proper communication. Maybe if I had the 2 peoples numbers I could have text them to see if they saw me at the window. So dear employee at both pharmacy and store. I understand why they are replacing you with machines. Y’all don’t want to work anyway.

I was having a hard time finding the baking soda in the baking isle, and I found an employee, Sabrena, who told me the baking soda was on the isle I just checked. I went back to check, still couldn't find it, and I asked if she could show me (she was 2 isles away). A male employee and her explained to be rudely that if I couldn't find it, then the store is out of baking soda or they don't carry it. A vendor overheard our conversation and showed me where the baking soda was. I understand the Kroger employees are busy, but please don't be rude and blatantly lie because you do not feel like assisting a customer. Instead if you're too busy to help, just say that, and I can find someone else.

Nice new store laid out good. Usually well-stocked check out is an absolute nightmare. Went on a Sunday evening, all of the checkout lines were at least 12 to 15 people deep. And the self checkouts they only had one person covering eight in the section I was in. Elderly people could not get the help they needed was checking out, and the machines are oversensitive After waiting 30 minutes in line to get to the front, the machine immediately locked up and after waiting 10 minutes. I just abandon my cart. Could not waste anymore time at Kroger The need to do some thing about the check out. I find it amazing that Aldi can have 40 people in line and have it cleared out super fast. But Kroger has over half of the checkouts closed. And their staff walking around like their clueless. I mean for the self checkouts where we have to ring up and bag our stuff and do our own coupons there should at least be a discount for us since we're working harder than your employees.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used, they’ve given me the wrong medication twice and routinely “forget” to add prescriptions that I’ve requested refills of to my bag. Staff is incredibly rude and condescending

Do not go to this Kroger to purchase items through their app and then think you will pick them up in less than an hour. It took almost an hour of me waiting in the parking spot after I called multiple times to let them know I was there. Had a horrible experience that wasted an hour of my day and made me late for work. I had also placed my order for an 8am pick up and was told the soonest they could do was 11am so you will not get your order at 8am ever. I will not be back to this Kroger for pick up at all. Then I called to complain to Kroger app and they did not care about my time wasted but wanted to waste more of my time going through everything that I didn't receive or substitutes that I was charged for that were smaller than what I ordered which was a turkey. And they said I was supposed to receive a receipt and I didn't receive one. Which made it difficult to go through things with no receipt. But again don't waste your time because Kroger doesn't care. You'll just waste more of your life. So no refund and waste your life. And they told me to call back later when I knew what I didn't receive and had more time to waste more of my life with them. So good luck figuring everything out. They do not care.

No one's fault the lines are long, just a shame not many are willing to work even just doing grocery store work--it's called a JOB! As for the empty shelves, coolers and freezers and other selling areas, stock is increasingly hard to keep up, again, there is gainful and honest employment there too This store gets a bad rap on its own failures when, really, the solution is to apply TO, not FOR (and for as in some government services to live off of) So ditto for the lot full of carts, and unfortunately a number of go-back's, many perishable and rotting never getting put away, the store needs to be better run, and it can be, not by hiring good help but being NICE to the help that's there they will want to stay... -- Dave

This Kroger is a bottom feeder. Terrible place. For example, I am here on a Sunday at 5pm. The checkout lines are so long they snake up entire aisles of food and spill into the one behind it. At the same time, an entire self- checkout is blocked off unused. Kroger management does not care. Avoid this store at all costs any day of the week.

It's not the best by any means and sometimes it is a very good idea not to enter the store due to lack of staffing and long lines, even in self-checkout. For the past few months I've only done pick-up and been most happy about the situation. The supervisor I just met and others are always very polite and but for 1 time out of about 12, it took a little longer than expected. Overall, I'm really happy with this location for how I use it - PICKUP ONLY. If I want to go inside a store I'll go to the Aldi's next door.
