It was seamless and quick to send in the template and receive the product - less than an 10 day turnaround. The customer service team also reached out proactively to confirm I wanted the amount of foam I had ordered and offered to send me the extra. My final out the door price with tax and all add-ons was less than one third the price of my second choice chair and there was a great add on warranty plan that made it too affordable to pass up. I love the feature of that if you don’t use the warranty within in the plan term time of four years, you get to apply the $99 charge paid at time of purchase to new furniture in the way of a store credit. And on top of all that, free delivery!”
