If I had known and done my homework first, and gone somewhere else, I would be a much happier customer. After all was said and done, I got 2 phones. I'm so mad right now. That I ended up paying 800 for 2 phones plus my bill is 10 dollars more. Never again. Totally lost out on the $195 model I had bought first. Total loss. And the final phone has a smaller battery so I am constantly recharging it. Something I was trying to avoid. The only thing that will make me take this down is if I get a total refund on both phones. I doubt that'll happen.
