Metro system been DOWN and my bill was due 2-7-24. I called many Metro Stores and they gave me so many excuses why they couldn't take cash. I came at this Metro Store 2-9-24,and Mr. Amos assisted me with no problems. He served me with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you again Mr. Amos

Unknowledgeable staff. Walked in to get a $25/month promotion hanging on the store window and he said it didn't exist and told me it wasn't hanging on the window (it was and still is). I pulled up the website and showed him the details of the deal and he 'found' it right away suddenly. He must have been dead set on me paying $40 a month because when I got the option I came in for finally, he threw on $10 a month insurance for a phone that he himself called old. That I did not buy there. He didn't offer the insurance or let me know I was paying for it. Thankfully I talked to a very helpful representative in China after i left and they were able to set me up with the plan I came in for and negate the surplus charges. I wouldn't go here if you could go elsewhere for metro service. Super unprofessional. Stopped helping me immediately after taking my payment to shoot the breeze with a local who wasn't in for a service. First time a sales representative told me to check it was working myself instead of calling the store. He just stopped helping and I had to ask am i good to leave since he moved on to a friend. Been a metro/t-mobile customer for nearly 20 years and this was annoying.

Metro is screwing me out of my money. Time for a Better Business Bureau complaint. I have been with this provider for five and a half years, and I've just about had it.

Went in on Tuesday the 18th.What is this garbage that the printer has been broken for "months"?After I left the store, I called 411, reported the printer at this store, spent 20 minutes on hold and then got disconnected.I NEED AN ACCOUNT STATEMENT OR PAPER BILL with my address & phone number on it!

Great customer service. My mom has gone blind and was in need of a phone. They set up her phone for everything so that when someone called her it would read number out loud to her. Thank you again.Great job : )

Like i said i got my account on the 1 of march 2021 i Receive SSI every one knows your money is in the Bank on that date or the 3rd of the month you turn my phone off on the 30th or the 31 of the month.
