I am extremely disappointed with Michael Pakora's State Farm agency. The customer service has gone downhill significantly in recent years. They only seem to care about money and payments, rather than helping their long-time customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have about their policies.I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but the lack of communication and availability from this agency is unacceptable. I took time off work to visit their office, only to find it closed at 2:30 on a Wednesday. This is completely unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for their customer's time and needs.I will be looking for a new insurance provider that values their customers and provides the level of service that was present at Michael Pakora's State Farm agency in the past. I do not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and responsive customer service.

My husband said, “My bad neighbors are more here than State Farm is here”…and I can only be glad I won’t be on his insurance because I wouldn’t want to be with someone who doesn’t answer the phone nor respond in a timely manner.

Michael and the entire staff are professional, and caring. You are not just a number, Michal has gone over and beyond many occasions. I had to get a roof repair, and Michael came out went up on roof with adjuster. Michael, intervene with roadside service just last week. I have been with Michael Prikora office for over 15 years and I HIGHLY recommend, this agency. Thank you to staff and Mr. Michael Pikora!

Updated to say: I've yet to receive my insurance rebate, I have emailed this agent twice and left a voicemail since May 18th. I contacted State Farm directly and they sent a message to the agency for the check information on Thursday. No response on Friday. Why can't anyone help me? This used to be the best insurance agency, what happened?I have been a client of this agent since 2015 or 2016. I have always appreciated the friendly staff and prompt responses to any questions I've had. However, for the last two years or so, the quality of customer service has declined tremendously. Nowadays, I'm lucky if I receive a call back. Michael Pikora himself is a good agent but his staff needs improvement.

Completely unwilling to own up to and fix their mistakes. They messed up my forms, even though I called every few weeks asking why I was getting letters and confirming they have everything they need from me. Ended up costing me hundreds of dollars, even though I have documentation that it was their mistake. Recently they did the exact same error with my partner's policy.Hard to get a hold of them and they no longer return calls in a timely fashion or sometimes at all. Never even was allowed to speak to Michael; every time I asked only the assistants would speak to me.Also seems like a few weeks ago they had friends flood the reviews with 5 stars, so wouldn't trust the rating.
