Phenomenal customer service, fair prices and no delays. They don’t try to sell you on unnecessary work. Hope it won’t be necessary but I’ll definitely go back for car service needs.

Great people work here. They won't try to scam you, they're honest, and they're simply genuine. Super grateful for them. I recommend!(Also, I haven't been to many other car shops to compare, but the prices are good too!)

very fair and transparent work. not try to do unnecessary repairs. did tell me that issue likely not fixed with their repairs ( which most mechanic shops would have offered as cause and done without benefit, costing money) .

Mighty Mo has consistently done great work at a very fair price. It can be hard to find an honest mechanic that gives a fair price but mighty mo gave great prices, were easy to talk to, and got work done fast.

Unlike the dealership, these guys are honest about what repairs you actually need. They don't try to upsale you on any labor or parts. I went in for a break inspection and after inspection Frank told me I just needed to clean the break dust, he didn't even charge me. I came back the next week for an oil change and I was in and out. I was recommended here by my cousin and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service they provide.Service: Oil change

My muffler was about to fall off and I was quoted by the dealer that it would cost well over 1k to replace it and so I decided to take it to Mighty Mo. Not only did they do it for a fraction of the cost, but they also did it in less time and the staff was awesome to work with! I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Honest review..My mom has been coming to Mighty Mo Auto Repair for years, but MY recent experience with the company has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I had my car towed to Mighty Mo on 3/13 to have the battery changed, but what should have been a routine job quickly turned into a nightmare.Upon inspection of my car, Frank, the owner of Mighty Mo, noticed that the tow truck driver had mishandled my vehicle, causing some minor issues to become major problems. Despite this, Frank agreed to change the battery, but couldn't perform a test drive as he deemed the car undrivable. After performing a diagnostic test, Frank informed me that my entire front end was damaged, which I found surprising because my car was drivable before the battery died.Brandon, a younger employee at Mighty Mo, also noticed the damage caused by the tow truck driver and approached me to discuss it. We had a conversation in the shop about the issue, which only solidified my belief that the tow truck driver was responsible for the damage. Frank then quoted me around $2100-2500 for the front-end work, which was an astronomical amount considering I only came in for a battery change.The next day, I arranged to meet the tow truck driver at Mighty Mo to discuss the damage to my car. However, the driver arrived before me and proceeded to discuss my personal information with Brandon without my consent. This was a complete violation of my privacy and unprofessional behavior from Brandon. Despite this, neither Frank nor Brandon apologized for the incident.I attempted to get the tow truck driver to take responsibility for the damages caused, but unfortunately, Brandon's conversation with him resulted in him not accepting fault and blocking my number. As a result, I had to file a claim with my insurance, which was an added headache to an already stressful situation.In light of these events, I left a one-star review for Mighty Mo, specifically noting Brandon's unprofessional behavior. However, Frank called me on 3/15, requesting that I remove the one-star review as it would tarnish his reputation. He did not express any compassion for what had happened to me at his shop, nor did he apologize for his employee's behavior.Despite explaining that I was out of work and without a place to stay, all I had was $1800 in cash. Frank told me on 3/16 that he could do something for me for that price, but later changed his mind, telling me to go to Ford or a "back-end" mechanic instead. This was insulting and hurtful, especially since Frank had previously stressed that "money wasn't an issue" and that it was about loyalty, not money.Overall, my experience with Mighty Mo was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I was not shown any empathy or understanding for the difficulties I was facing with a damaged vehicle and a limited budget. The violation of my privacy by discussing my personal information with the tow truck driver without my consent was concerning, and Frank's lack of empathy and professionalism only added to the negative experience.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mighty Mo Auto Repair to others. It's important to consider other options for your automotive needs, as Mighty Mo does not prioritize customer satisfaction or ethical conduct..

This place did a great job on replacing my electric throttle control. Very professional an timely. I took my car in at 10am and it was ready by 3:00pm on the same day. They even refilled my antifreeze fluid free of charge. I'll be back!!Service: Electrical

Mechanic explained and showed me the problem. The repair cost was one-third of quotes I’d been given for the exact same work. They were exceptionally nice, the repair price was reasonable thus, my car is functioning as it should. They have me as a new customer and I highly recommend this family - owned shop to everyone looking for too-notch work without breaking the bank.Service: Exhaust
