Kim and the team of dispatchers are amazing. They really help relieve the stress and anxiety in a bad situation! Very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled drivers. They show up and get the job done without any problems. Also, the customer service couldn’t be any better, between dispatch and the driver it was absolutely amazing! Five stars for Monaghan’s Towing!!!

Had my car towed here after an accident while things got figured out. They could not have been more helpful and reassuring throughout the process! Kim is amazing and all my anxiety was gone after talking with her. She went out of her way to look for options on next steps for me and I am so grateful. The drivers that towed my car were so nice and answered all my questions. If you need towing services this is the place! 10/10!!

This is by far the BEST towing company that I’ve EVER dealt with. My driver was Mikey and he was SOOO nice and polite. Very nice person and very knowledgeable and respectful. He arrived in time and quickly made it possible to tow 2 vehicles at once. The other vehicle was a very small vehicle so this is why both vehicles were able to be towed at once. This is truly my favorite and forever towing service. If I need a tow again it will be Monaghan’s Towing. The price is fair also. Thanks Monaghan’s for a job well done!! A very satisfied customer for life!!

The cheapest price is around, and I HAVE BEEN THROUGH a LOT OF IMPOUNDS.
It was 235 the day they impounded/towed it, then 20 per day.
Don't get imponded/towed in Detroit!! It was 465 today but also 20 per day.
State troopers and MI legislative did post that the rates would go up this year 125-250 per normal sized vehicles. If you have an oversized vehicle, the rates are 250-400 more than last year.
Today in Detroit, SOME dude called to get his truck/trailer out and it was 885 DOLLARS

Will never call them again. Very poor customer service. They don’t take credit cards cash only which is okay if they would have told me when i initially called. I hate I have to leave a star for a review.

Extremely polite and helpful. Scheduling the tow was quick and easy, and the gentleman who picked up my vehicle was extremely professional and careful with my car.

Mike and Chris helped me out of a big jam last night. My car was on the third level of a parking garage nosed in and they managed to get it out without a problem. It took a little extra work but it was no sweat for them. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Joe was awesome! Called for a tow and they arrived before 40 minutes. Quick and easy paying process. They have some reasonable prices.
