Moved here a few months ago it started off ok in the beginning but now this has been a terrible stay ive seen roachee & when contacting management they claim they send exterminators but all i come back home to is my bed being somewhat moved no documentation as to what is being used to get sprayed or etc no documentation what so ever nothing is being resolved knowing damn well they wouldnt want to live with critters such as a roach wouldn’t recommend until they get some type of serious sense of care in this place

Hallways always reaked of weed. Stairwell had vomit and eggs in it for so long that they eventually bonded to the cement and became permanent fixtures. Assuming it's still there now, it may actually be load-bearing vomit at this point. Not everyone has issues with hearing neighbors through the ceiling. I think my particular upstairs neighbor was a man of size with a passion for tap dancing. Who's to say. Had a gas leak of some sort in my apartment for two weeks that was promptly fixed by maintenance once notified. Elevator placement is frustrating as it requires you to walk to the dead center of the complex risking visual/verbal contact with your neighbors, most of whom are fine, but a select few you'll wish to avoid I'm sure. Toilet in apartment was powerful.

Moved in not too long ago and everything has been great. Lisa helped me get all moved in and was very nice. Maintenance is very good as well. Very affordable rent. The apartment rooms look great and they take good care of the apartment rooms. Everything was clean when I moved in my apartment. The hallways are a little dark but other than that everything is great!

We love Lincoln park towers ! Amazing staff they are very helpful , got into our apartment easy, and had new carpet and counters for us ready to move in !

Lisa was extremely helpful in getting me situated in my apartment in a timely manner. All of the ladies in the office were extremely polite and helpful.

The ladies in the office are very friendly. I have been here about 3 years and they have been move than accommodating. I will not be leaving anytime soon. I love it here.

I’ve been here since September 2023 and it’s been smooth sailing since! Great management, quiet neighbors, affordable rent, friendly faces. Had problems with the heat and maintenance came right away. I’m very thankful for this place!
